We came at about 2:30 on a Tuesday. There was no host/ hostess to seat us and there were two women ahead of us who had already been waiting a while. There was also no cashier and a customer was pacing back and forth, waiting to pay. In the meantime 3 employees walked past us including a gentleman in a polo shirt, who I assume was a manager, who walked past us TWICE. The cashier finally showed up after 10 minutes and I told him they were losing customers. Only then did he page for assistance. Too late for us. We decided to go to the Boynton location. As we were leaving I noticed two MORE employees standing around in the store. Shoddy.

Bacon was overcooked and tasteless. Scrambled Eggs were also too dry. Others had same problems so I didn't bother to send it back. I will not return to this location. 45th Street,

Forgot to take pictures! Food was as expected for a chain restaurant. Service was acceptable, not above par. Place could benefit from a deep clean! The shop is always fun for cool, unique finds!

I craved their chicken and dumplings and hadn't had it for a long time. To be honest, I haven't been to the establishment in years.
Went in for takeout. When I got home, the food was so salty it couldn't eat it. The server was kinda rude to us because we sat at the table and ordered our food to go. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Usually this is my favorite place to go, but the last couple of times I’ve went, it was awful, the waiters were not attentive at all and I was in a small section,I asked for the biscuits and muffins upon ordering drinks both times Ana didn’t get them..I had to keep asking.. and my food wasn’t good at all.. very disappointed

My mom and I had an amazing experience. Bryan was patient, helpful, and friendly. He went above and beyond and is the best server we’ve ever had. We did not mention it to him, but I was taking my mom out for brunch for her birthday. She loves this restaurant and left so happy and satisfied. Thank you Bryan for making it a special day.

Store is way too crowded from the front door to the dining area with no walkable space to get through. Takeout orders have never been on time at this location in my experience and as it is not near anywhere I frequent, I do not make a special trip - only if I happen to be in the area, which I was on 12/29/24. I placed a very small, easy order (something that should be immediately available at any time of the day) at 1:28pm for pick up at 1:50. At 2pm it was still not ready, so I asked. My order finally appeared at 2:12pm causing me to be almost an hour off the interstate by this time. Not worth the effort. At least the biscuits & gravy tasted good this time - another rare feat for this location. I miss Tennessee CB’s.

They took 50 minutes to bring a plate while everyone was done eating! Worst of all, they expected us to pay the full price. The worst experience I’ve ever had

This place has a unique combo going on. Their strawberry cheesecake pancakes are seriously good. Plus, they've got this business selling art pieces. We liked this canvas painting they had, but weren't sure about taking it on a plane. When we talked to the staff about it, they actually reminded us about luggage size limits instead of just trying to make a sale. Pretty thoughtful of them to consider our travel hassle. It's that kind of customer-first attitude that really stands out.
Vegetarian options: Pancakes
Kid-friendliness: They give nice painting stuff for kids.
