What a nightmare. The service here is absolute TRASH!! After waiting a half hour for seating (understandable on a Sunday), drinks took 20 more minutes. Then, after over an hour total, when the food finally made it to the table, my fiance had to get up and go get us silverware to eat with. This being after, we asked our waiter and another waiter for silverware. Although that classic chicken fried steak was, as usual, delicious. It was cold...... Please go to a different location and save yourself a giant disappointment!! This is the 3rd and absolute final time Ill be let down by this location of Cracker Barrel!!

Our server was wonderful(the five stars is for the server) …I thought all was five star but my neighbor who I brough5 with me said sh3 felt her pancakes tasted greasy. The restaurant was packed on Saturday so extremely loud.

I come here regularly and I’ve had a great experience Aaliyah was going on break and she wasn’t assigned as the host but she took time and cleaned a table for me and my husband to sit Zariah( I think that’s her name) was awesome she got our order correct and out to us. I was on time limit and I didn’t tell them. I wanted to eat quickly. My meal was out in least than 30mins and it’s was cooked to perfection!

Placed a take out order at 4:50 pm on a slow Thursday. Stood around waiting until SIX PM for it. They were an entire hot mess. Other customers were standing around waiting for to-go orders too. The dining room, and parking lot were nearly empty so I'm not sure what the struggle was.
