I don’t know where to there from the energy was off she over charged us food was not as fresh as people say overall it’s was bad

Went in today and the server was the absolute rudest person i’ve ever encountered. I thought stuff like this happened only on tiktok and never thought it would happen to me in the real world. She begs us for a tip then when we refuse to give her a tip she calls us “poor people” for not tipping. I don’t know in what universe she thought she is deserving of a tip when all she did was pour water in our cups and yank the bill out of my hands in a rude manner. As a server you’re supposed to win the customers tip not be entitled to it. I would have no problem tipping if the service was good but i’m not going to tip if you’re rude, inattentive, and most of all asking multiple times for a tip. I would contact the manager but I have a feeling they encourage their servers to exhibit this sort of behavior as every buffet I go to seems to have servers that think they’re entitled to get a tip.

This was my 1st visit. Buffet food options were good. I really liked the sushi choices - more than most buffet. The entrance was really cool - coy fish ponds. The service was quick and they kept the place clean. I'd visit again.

I wasn't impressed. There was no tempura shrimp and the coconut shrimp was gross 😔.

My husband loves this place so much he could eat here every day.

This was not my favorite place. My husband very much enjoyed it but my taste buds are more critical of flavors than his LOL. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and I loved the ponds out front but it isn’t a place I will return to simply because there wasn’t much there that I will eat oh and the dessert bar isn’t the best. Not much of a selection unless you want ice cream

The food was good however the temperature wasn't what I'm used to at City Buffet in Winter Haven. The sushi was better than the food there wasn't that many choices but everything was clean. My husband said the bar tender didn't wash his hands after using the restroom. 🫣
