When I saw 4.8 stars with tons of reviews, I didn’t look further and decided to make the trip out to try something unique for dessert. When I arrived I found that they now only have regular ice cream with minimal selection. There was no rolled ice cream or other treats which made this place seem worth the drive for a cool experience. The prices were high and selection low, so we decided not to stay. Two other people who had walked in just before is made the same decision. The new owners would do well to take down all the photos and descriptions of items which they do not offer. If they can’t do so, they could start from scratch a new Google business page for their new ice cream shop, which would be much less misleading. After our experience I took a look through the reviews and it appears that until the new ownership and menu change, the place had a solid 5 stars, but every review in the past few weeks is a 1 or 2 star - none with any response from ownership or management.I wish the new owners much success, but I believe they need to step up quickly to keep this place up to the high standards people expect.

I enjoyed my choice of ice cream. I chose the vanilla & dulce de leche with rainbow sprinkles on top. I was hoping for rolled ice cream but that wasn’t an option nor was it offered when I visited. Overall 10/10!

I was SO disappointed. They DO NOT have rolled ice cream anymore. Apparently they got new management a few weeks ago ?Idk if my taste buds were just biased because I was so disappointed, but the ice cream that they did have honestly wasn’t very good. Kinda left a grainy feeling in my mouth. Also, there were very few options for ice cream. They didn’t even have all the basics- like choc chip cookie dough. So instead I got vanilla with chocolate chip cookie dough pieces- but they only put like 8 little cookie doughs on there- didn’t even cover the whole ice cream. Lastly, the prices- $5.75 for a single scoop?? And $7-8 for a 2 scoop? I’d be willing to pay that if it were actually rolled and a novelty like I thought it was going to be. But for below average ice cream, it’s way overpriced. The one star is for the guy serving it- he was nice & friendly despite everything.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Well...it is a different owner and now they sell regular scoop ice cream. So disappointed, because we drove there just for that.

I was all excited to get my favorite ice cream on Thursday night. Come to find out that this place was bought out, and is no longer the same place. They serve sub-par scooped ice cream for a high premium instead of the unique crema rolls praised in earlier reviews. All prior reviews should be ignored. Unfortunate as they still have the same LOVELY employees, but I will not be coming back.

Ice cream has good flavor, but we were disappointed with the serving sizes for the prices. 4 people spent $36 before tax on 4 ice creams— we had additional toppings at $1.50 each, which is fine if the additional toppings were decent serving sizes. The side of caramel was so small, as well as the “chocolate drizzle” (they don’t have hot fudge). One of us also wanted a milkshake, we saw the machine, but the workers said they “don’t have milkshakes right now”. Workers looked kind of bored. I asked one worker what they thought of one flavor and they said “I don’t know”, and just left it there. So yeah, good flavor but not really worth the $40 after tax experience / hype / wait. Also, the pictures online show rolled ice cream but that wasn’t available when we got there either?

LOVELY STAFF but they only offered regular ice cream in cups. No milkshakes, no rolled ice cream etc. Paid $21 for 2 mini cups and 1 small cup of ice cream that were just okay. I’m not sure if they are rebranding and that’s why they had minimal options? Ice cream had a bit of a weird taste and two of us didn’t finish it. I was really sad because this place had amazing reviews but probably won’t be going back.

The ice cream rolls were amazing! The service was good and the workers were nice. The toppings blended the ice cream together into the best treat I have ever had!

Went here with my daughter. The servings are massive and you pay for that. I wanted a smaller size for my kid. I explained that I wanted to pay full price. I just wanted half the size for my daughter's dish. They kept telling me one size is the deal. But I don't get that. Why should it matter if you want less but are willing to pay full price? They should have kid's sizes here anyway. Kinda ridiculous. Parents are always bringing their kids out for ice cream. Why would you get a five year old a $9 ice cream that's almost the size of a pint? The vegan chocolate was horrible. My kid's ice cream was very good and she enjoyed it. There you have it.

I loved this place! Very creative concept. We enjoyed watching how they combined the ingredients and made the rolls in front of us. The ice cream was delicious and not too sweet as I thought it would be. Very nice place!

Faaaavorite ice cream spot. Their creations are so unique and they get awesome flavors and toppings. My favorite is the Carbon Activado, it's got black ice cream and a tasted marshmallow on top! The rolled ice cream makes it fun to eat as well. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cold brew, but they don't make it themselves.Always look forward to trying new stuff here!

Wandering through Clematis Street and found Crema, a cold stone creamery spot. Indie and outdoor seating options....you know, for sugar coma! Absolutely worth it!
