Today was disappointing. I went here today during the 1200 hour and bought a drink. This was okay. But, on the way out I saw reduced price Halloween treats. I re-enter the store, pick up one then, ask how much is the mark down? The cashier, a short, Caribbean female, scanned once. She didn't say a price. She then, scanned the package again and pressed on the screen before saying 2.29. That is the original price. In comparison with other convenience stores for the item I had price checked that is the price range for it at normal price. It is my belief that this woman marked up a reduced price item. Why would she engage in this anomalous act? Idk. This could have been a merchandising mistake. But, I want to believe that whoever the manager or associate is that performs this task properly did their job. It's only nearly a month after Halloween. What makes me feel this is what occurred is, 1) she did not say the price after the first scan, 2) after scanning a second time she pressed things on-screen before saying the price, 3) her demeanor and facial expressions throughout this encounter. I do not know this lady. If I have had an interaction with her it was at this location and there was no reason to remember her positive or negative. Yet, this happened. Another, location I had a good location gets one star. To these companies mentioned not only in this review but others, it's time to start thinking about decisions that may seem tough.

The gentleman working very pleasantly greeted each and every person who entered and thanked them as we left. Great customer service is an understatement! This type of human interaction is very rare to find. No need for me to go anywhere else for gas, etc.

Sister and I just visited this location on Saturday for fountain drinks and the guy up front had a really bad attitude. Didn't get his name but he flipped out because we had 4 straws for 3 drinks. My sister told him that she wasn't aware that I already grabbed a straw for the 3rd drink, but yeah he pretty much made a big fuss about it. It's not like we deliberately tried to steal an extra straw. It was an honest mistake. For this reason, I'll be visiting RaceTrac for my next Fountain Drink.

I went to go fill up my tires with air at this location on my way home from work and when I went to go use it the machine took out the air instead filling it up instead it dropped my psi from 15 to 6 and there was no sign or anything to inform customers the machine was broken. So I go inside the store the man there was very rude and ununderstanding he said “ it’s a free service and if it’s broken that’s not our issue not like you paid for the air” I brought up there was no sign and he said he told an employee to do it earlier In the day so that means he was knowledgeable about the situation never decided to verify If it was done. I had to pay somebody to bring me a mobile air compressor so I could make it back home since I had school next morning I will never come back here again worst service I have ever had.

Closed 15 minutes before 11 and was running maintenance while it should have been open!! You all really need to want to work and not just do nothing and get paid. Pm shift on 8/27/2021Horrible horrible. There were 15 cars there trying to get either gas or something from the store.

the manager is a bad person ... she does not serve customers well ... she does not provide good service ... and for demanding good service she practically expelled me from the store

I'm a huge fan of Cumberland Farms! Pumping gas is effortless with the SmartPay app. Not to mention, it's a convenient and safe method of payment. Plus, members save $.10 per gallon. Winning especially when gas is on the rise! I also enjoy the benefit of earning rewards as well as the frequent free perks members are gifted. Finally, their coffee station is superb and throughout the year they gift members a cup of Joe. The stores and gas pumps are consistently clean and social distancing is enforced.
