Oxtail is mid. Paid $25 for a large and I swear it had like 6 piece... and for the price the amount of rice and peas was pretty stingy too. I'll just stick to the fried chicken lunch special from now on.
I started going to this restaurant a lot the employees are fantastic and the food is delicious but today I was waited on by I believe who was the owner, he was very rude and arrogant he was too busy flirting with a woman and being unprofessional for me, apparently the woman he was flirting with he was okay with her not calling in for the food , because he told her when she calls in ask for his personal number smiling from ear to ear but for me he was almost trying to shame...
Really enjoyed. We stopped here after searching Google maps for Jamaican food. Tried the jerk chicken, fried chicken, oxtail, fried plantains, beef patties, dumplings, and "festival" (a fried bread with flour and cornmeal). Everything was delicious and good quantities. Very authentic! And we got the lunch specials which were only $8! So good we were so happy! And we met Curly who was very nice. Only complaint is that it was hard to find since it had no big sign,...
