We ordered a range of dishes to experience the menu — the special mushroom & “goat” cheze pizza, tofu scramble, blueberry pancakes, curry “tuna” sandwich, and the crispy chick’n sandwich — and every plate delivered.
The mushroom & “goat” cheeze pizza was layered and balanced, with rich, earthy flavor and a creamy finish. The tofu scramble was well-seasoned and satisfying without being heavy. The blueberry pancakes were light and comforting. The curry “tuna” sandwich had great texture and warmth from the spices, and the crispy chick’n sandwich was hearty and flavorful — the kind of plant-based comfort food that doesn’t feel like a substitute for anything.
Service was genuinely friendly and attentive, adding to the ease of the experience.
A fully vegan restaurant that feels elevated but approachable, aligned with compassionate values, and genuinely delicious. I’ll be back when visiting West Palm Beach again: )

We had an amazing experience at Darbster. We drove an hour to come here and the food didn’t disappoint. All the dishes were great. The buffalo pizza had a crispy and thin crust and the buffalo flavor wasn’t overpowering. The slides and quesadilla had a kick to it and were very flavorful. The torte was the perfect way to end the meal. In addition to the food, the ambiance elevated the experience. There is inside seating but I would recommend sitting outside under the fairy lights.

This is now our third time and every time has been a spectacular experience for a reasonable price. Tonight we tried the Italian sliders. So delicious! So spicy! Also tried a special soup, a hot and sour with some fantastic Ginger, mushrooms and tofu. We will probably keep coming here even long after we have tried everything on the menu at least once. Tonight there's music outside, and it's a lovely setting.

Went for brunch and enjoyed the crispy CHICK’N sandwich with home fries. And yes, it’s vegan! Wish I lived closer as I would visit at least once a week to eat here. I loved the atmosphere and the fact that they have a kids menu!

We will definitely be returning to this restaurant! They have a great outdoor dining area which we chose to sit for lunch. I like that they offer half salads and a kids menu. I got a single palm cake just to try and it was delicious (the sauce - WOW). The chicken sandwich was great!

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy some delicious vegan delectables
We have been going to Darbster for years. We had not been back in a while, probably since before Covid, so this was a return visit. We were not disappointed.
The restaurant is named after the owners’ dog, Darbster. We have brought our own dogs here many times over the years, and dogs are welcome. There are usually a few around, and it makes the place feel easy and friendly.
There are three places to sit: inside, on the patio, and in the garden. All are good options.
The food was excellent. We started with the palm cakes, their vegan version of crab cakes, and the glazed cauliflower wings. Both were very good. For mains, we ordered the Wellington, the burger, and the Parm hoagie. All were strong.
All profits, plus fifty cents from every dish, go to animal rescue run by the owners.
We were glad to be back and will not wait so long next time.
