So obviously, this is a twist on the original ie, no ham or eggs, but the inclusive of tomato was different and worked pretty well. I’d give my eye teeth for someone to create a mock-poached egg, but the scramble did fine, the tempeh ‘bacon’ was really tasty and just the right amount of crunch, and the potatoes we’re deliciously spicy, at times overpowering the hollandaise, which should probably be the star of the dish. The service was great and they have a good wine list....

We also love the live music on some nights; all their specials don't disappoint. I love that happy hour is every day from 5-7. They have wine and 25% off appetizers. I have been coming here for many years, and I highly recommend them😄

The dishes were very tasteful. The food definitely had an artisanal character to it. Service friendly and efficient. Darbster has been around for decades and are super pet friendly. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-16
