The outdoor seating along the water sets the tone immediately: calm, open, and unhurried. It feels like a place where you can actually exhale and enjoy your meal.
We ordered a range of dishes to experience the menu — the special mushroom & “goat” cheze pizza, tofu scramble, blueberry pancakes, curry “tuna” sandwich, and the crispy chick’n sandwich — and every plate delivered.

We had an amazing experience at Darbster. We drove an hour to come here and the food didn’t disappoint. All the dishes were great. The buffalo pizza had a crispy and thin crust and the buffalo flavor wasn’t overpowering. The slides and quesadilla had a kick to it and were very flavorful. The torte was the perfect way to end the meal. In addition to the food, the ambiance elevated the experience. There is inside seating but I would recommend sitting outside under the fairy...
Delicious vegan dishes: hearts if Palm cakes, gojuchang sauce cauliflower, oyster mushroom sliders.
And to top it off...many menu items and drinks were 25% off for happy hour on Wednesday. Beautiful patio and deck.
