Never got to try it because when you walk in nothing says the correct price. He has new looking menus but laughed and said they are from 11+ years ago. So we left. Please update your prices on the board and the menu and online because we drove out of the way to come here. I won’t spend $ when pricing isn’t transparent. There were 4 of us so how can we see what we can afford if we can’t see the price?

This is constructive criticism. The food is good, I will give this little hole in the wall that, BUT I didn't like how snarky the owner was talking about the people that made the calls, granted yes we all talk ish about customers but to do it in front of another customer I thought that was a little distasteful and should've been kept at the back of the house. I won't be going there because he had a bit of an attitude when you look at the menu it really doesn't give you an idea of "oh I have to chose what rice or this type of beans." But I won't be going back you not about to talk crazy about me because your menu is vague. Try keeping your personal feelings to a minimum.

they have great food, I eat there frequently when I'm in the area. a small place located in a warehouse district, but worth it if you're looking for something quick and reasonably priced. they do a good cuban coffee too.
