Don't go if you're looking for the viral sandwich. They'll tell you no, just like they did to me. I live in Broward and went by for the sandwich, only to be told no. Left disappointed and hungry.

Wow this place lives up to the hype!!!! The Knotzilla was amazing!!! It seems like a family owned/run place and everyone seemed so nice and welcoming!

We came here on Friday with my family and we were so disappointed by the whole experience. They were out of their viral garlic knot sandwich, which we understood as it was 6 pm when we got there. We arrived, sat down, no one acknowledged us for a while, the table was sticky and when the waitress/cashier finally came to our table (we were the only ones sitting down at first) we ordered 2 extra large pizzas and some sodas. We get the sodas, 10-15 minutes later another waitress came to ask for our order again. We explained we had already ordered and she nodded and went back. 5 minutes later she returns to ask for our order once again and we explained we had already ordered with the other waitress/cashier. The woman who was at the cashier didn’t even put our order in yet after being in the restaurant for 25+ minutes, she had a whole mess of orders lying on the table and couldn’t even find ours. The place is severely understaffed and we weren’t the only family of 5 to walk out due to the same reason. I hope you find a solution to your problem, because we’re not going to be the only ones walking out with a bitter taste. The only highlight was the owner (I assume) who apologized several times and didn’t charge us for the half drank sodas.

dont go viral with a signature sandwich then yell at staff to not sell it anymore.be proud and take the business but to show your anger over it is not cool

Worth the hype!

Very disappointed!! This is the only pizzeria I’ve found so far in West Palm beach with good tasting pizza it’s a shame. I don’t think I will ever waste my money again here. I called 3 times before I got an answer. When I finally did get an answer a lady picks up automatically asking me if this is about the TikTok garlic knot, sounding a bit annoyed. I told her no, continued to place my order and paid through the phone. She tells me 20-25 minutes, and by 25 minutes they had just started my pizza. I come back to pick up the pizza and she looks a bit confused looking through the order receipts saying she is not sure if I paid yet. This was a bit unprofessional from jump as I can understand it can get very busy on a Friday night but maybe they need more workers or just better workers. I finally get home to enjoy my pizza with my family of 3 kids and the pizza was already cold, it was so thin like a cardboard box with cheese on it. I paid $24 for a Xtra Large pizza!!! It barely had any sauce just cheese and an extremely thin layer of crust. My kids weren't even full after. I used love it here, the garlic knots were amazing great tasting food but I am extremely disappointed with the pizza tonight. I definitely want a refund or a fresh made actual pizza! I'm not one to complain or make a review but this was really so unsatisfying that I had to make a google account just for this review. What a waste of $30 tonight. The least they can do is make it right.

We heard their food was good, so decided to try it and ordered through the Slice app. Delivery time was originally 8:05pm, then it changed to 8:27pm. At 8:29pm it hadn’t showed up, so I tried calling the store and there was no answer and it went to a voicemail that wasn’t accepting messages. I called Slice and they contacted the restaurant and were told the restaurant was out of two of our items and said they could still make the pizza, so our order hadn’t even been started. They never even bothered to call and ask if we wanted to substitute for something else or cancel the order. Pretty sure they would have closed at 9pm without sending our order or contacting us to let us know there was an issue. Horrible service and won’t be trying them again. I’ll be sure to tell my friends too.

This place makes the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s the garlic roll sandwich with chicken cutlets and vodka sauce. It was so good, I don’t even have more words to describe how delicious this was. I also tried a slice of their regular cheese pizza, and to no surprise, it was also incredible. I don’t know if I was speaking with the owner but the guy who did take our order was super nice and very much felt like a family atmosphere. This place is the definition of a hole in the wall gem.

My second time here from out of town and this place is just that hidden gem !!!! Service is amazing food is great Quality . Ask for Dayna or Ronnie the both of them are amazing at making you feel at home .

I would not come here again. I went with my mom on a weekday afternoon since we were craving pizza. Upon arrival, it was just me and my mom that were the only customers, the waitress that served us sneezed over our drinks and still served it to us when she could've redone our drinks. The cups have no top covering either. There was also a guy with a uniform on who i believe was one of the cooks that was on their break, sitting nearby our table and he was staring us down for no reason and making us uncomfortable. We DID NOT drink from the cups and decided not to order anything since we were creeped out by the guy and grossed out by the drinks, we got up to leave & she still made us pay for contaminated drinks that we didn't drink!! Terrible service. There are plenty of pizza places that have better service than this, save your money!

Mannnn.!! When I say this has been the best pizza I have had since living in Florida (and I lived in 3 different cities), this is by far the best spot I have ever been! You can tell it was made from caring hands. The owners are wonderful people and very welcoming. As a former New Yorker, this place is definitely worth a try.
