ABSURDO! No nos quisieron atender que porque éramos 3 y la mesa era de 6 y no había más mesas disponibles ah??? que solo afuera cuando estaba a 95 grados. Nunca en la vida había escuchado algo tan absurdo!! Por la avaricia de querer atender a 6 perdieron 3 por siempre.

I do not recommend this restaurant, they took a long time to bring the food, and the waitress was not very friendly.

I placed an order online at 7:40 am for a work lunch and when I went to pick it up at 11 am they hadn't seen the order, and there wasn't a dish we had ordered either. They really need to be more careful with that because on top of that the restaurant was empty.

The delicious food. However, I WILL NOT RETURN, and it is a shame that they do these practices, especially in a country like the USA where everything they do there is simply illegal.

1. They automatically charge you 18% tip, even if you have take out (incredible) Who am I tipping? to the cashier for taking my order and delivering it to me almost immediately?

2. They charge service fee

3. If your account exceeds $50, they charge you another percentage.

4. They charge an additional fee for card payments (please, we are in 2025 and in this country EVERYONE pays with card or Apple Pay) How many illegal practices do they do, I think they should have a visit from the BBB.

The food in this place is pleasant, what is unpleasant is the customer service where they force you to pay tips with a really high percentage, no wonder this place is always unoccupied, they abuse the people who still choose them.

Me and my dad decided to eat here, I ordered desert and he order food, the food took atleast 30 mins to get there , in the meanwhile there were people coming in and they were serving them before us, the first food that got there was the ice cream, my dad got impatient and decided to only pay for the ice cream because the were taking too long. The service here is so slow , I don't know if the didn't like us That's why they weren't serving us but I don't know, and desert wasn't really good tbh I wouldn't recomend to eat here.

I had churrasco it was really good. my dad had lengua in salsa. not so good. my wife had higado encebollado and it was not thst good. the sides were really good

Disappointing Decline in Quality & Service

We used to buy the arepas “ rellenas de queso mozzarella” and the ones we tried today unfortunately did not have cheese at all.
I wanted to let the person in charge to know of it and I was told that the person was not available, and he did not know when the person will be available, also I was told they can’t not provide the name of the person in charge?
That shows the poor customer service, and type of training the employees receive.
Very disappointed.

Took forever to get our order. The 1/2 the pork was dry & overcooked the other half perfect. The rise & beans had no flavor. The worst was the veggies. Good thing there was salsa because I used that to flavor my food. My favorite was the onions which helped make the pork edible. I don’t recommend this place.

They really need to change some attitude from a few waitresses. I saw a lady very polite and nice smile with other tables. I got a guy that always was acting like he owns the place. Also they dont tell you or give you some sort of warning on menu that they charge 18% tip no matter the party size. This was so bad and also they charge 3 dollars for using cars plus a charge for given you the option to pay cash or card? That is so ridiculous, i will never come back here. I really love the food.

They do make good food.
Customer service is bad from some waitresses.
No notice of 18% tip on your bill automatic charge, neither verbally or written. You just get a high bill out of nowhere.

Really disappointed. Never coming back and i will tell every person i know to never go here.

Kid-friendliness: Other places usually are friendly with children. My child did not even get a little smile or a "Hi"

I ordered two empanadas and they forced me to bring three because they don't sell two, the order is three and very bad in flavor and I ordered a guava roscón that when I put a tooth into it, I almost broke a tooth because of how hard it was.

Disappointing Decline in Quality & Service

This restaurant used to be a favorite, but unfortunately, it has significantly deteriorated.
* Food Quality: The quality of the dishes has noticeably decreased. Flavors are bland, ingredients seem subpar, and portions are smaller.
* Service: Service has become incredibly slow and inattentive. We waited an excessive amount of time for our orders, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
* Discriminatory Practices: To my utter dismay, they refused to serve me a dish from the children's menu. I find this deeply discriminatory, especially for individuals with dietary restrictions or those managing health conditions like diabetes or overweight.
I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant's current state. I sincerely hope they address these issues and return to their previous level of quality and service.

Good food but the service can be atrocious, also double check your bill, they had a tip and a service charge on the bill with no warning
