Valencia has been an above and beyond server keeping me traveling from NY to Florida every few months coming back hoping to have her as our server, she is a sweetheart, we have 2 little rambunctious children that she is wonderful with. There is also a gentleman server that tends to be there mornings, I know weekdays that also goes above & beyond even when customers buy expensive meals & do not tip for the great service, I was standing behind 2 customers that paid seperately, neither tipped, each bill was over $25, i dont believe either left even $1 on the table. Danielle is also an excellent experienced waitress..she also goes amber & beyond to make sure her customers are happy & taken care of, also there mornings. I had gone a few times for dinner, party of 4 included 2 children, 1 adult & 1 senior. The same server was there, the manager & whomever was working in the kitchen, 2 seperate times brought out incorrect meals, 1st I ordered 8 Oz sirloin with eggs( dont recall the sides, I was brought out a more expensive bone steak, I prder medium, steak was raw, slightly seaweed on 1 side, raw on other, I knew something was wrong but.children were a bit rambunctious I began eating the meal. Didn't realize it was completely different meal than I ordered, I dont usually order steak there..meal was about $7 more than meal I ordered, also asked if kids meals came with drinks, we were told yes, then charged seperately for 2 drinks (would have gotten kids water with lemon or 1 juice & split for kids, they are 3 & 5, the 5 yr old doesnt drink a lot, the 3 yr old drinks maybe 1/2 cup with meal. The 2nd time the kids both wanted the junior grand slam with chocolate chip pancakes, they were brought plain, we accepted to pay the extra to make them chocolate chips, the server brought them back to the kitchen threw some melty chocolate chips.on top of 1 pancake each, comes with 3 kids size pancakes. At least he got my meal correct that time..I believe he was the only server in the evening, its pretty slow in the evenings at dennys, seems noone wants to work when its slow, good employees there was the morning rush, make more with tips, even with some customers not tipping.

I have been to this location multiple times in person and I have ordered multiple times there in person hospitality is great but don’t ever order from here online I have had multiple orders missing items and every time I call and talk to a manager I’m told I’ll get refunded and never do and when I’m missing an item or they don’t have it they take it upon them selves to replace it with something else with out even reaching out to me to inform me this I am done order from here cause it’s been multiple occasions where this has happened I also always order for the whole office witch makes this experience worst I’ve called multiple times in regards to why I didn’t get my item and got something else or why they didn’t get my items to be told they don’t have it like why not call to make sure it’s okay to change it rather then thinking it’s okay without asking I am the one paying for it

We came in at 2am and upon walking in, told our server was across the street at a gas station. Ok, I understand working third shift and needing to renourish yourself to survive the overnight, no problem waiting a couple minutes. It was all downhill from here- and I say this as someone that has worked in the industry for many years. Our server had barely come to our table and disappeared multiple times. We waited a very long time for our food, which I saw sit in the window for over 25 minutes. We finally requested to speak with a manager who failed to acknowledge our concerns but did manage to get refills for our drinks and our food moved through the kitchen. Honestly only came here because it was the only place open this late in Palm Beach County, but next time, we would rather starve!!
