I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for almost 7 years. However, I’ve consistently had to wait over half an hour at this store, which is unlike other stores I’ve visited. We must take customers’ time more seriously.

Poor Customer Service and attitude from a young lady by the name of Luna. When confronting her about that issue of having me sit and wait for 10min for an order after I initially told her my name when I first walked in the door. I called back for her name, she proceeded to tell me over the phone that I should’ve known what dominoes I ordered from even though my order was placed through a Dominoes redirectory since my current Dominoes was closed.

This pizza and wing were inedible, I spent over $40 dollars on this food and it was disgusting. The pizza was old and not fresh , I believe they gave me an old pizza that someone didn’t pick up ,and they refused it. The wings were cold and also old. They didn’t even bother mixing the sauce with the wings they just throw it on top. SEE PICTURES. everything was horrible I took one bite and threw it away, same with the wings. I would have drive back for a refund but not worth driving back. It’s better if I never go there again. We ended up buying Papa John and their pizza was amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered food online to my hotel after work. Food was delivered to another room. Not the room I had put on the order.
I called the dominos to ask about them remaking my food and delivering it right this time or refunding me. The first call someone answered and immediately hung up. I was upset but ive been there working in food and accidentally hanging up a call. I called back someone answered I explained and they said it was delivered so there was nothing they could do. I know it was delivered it was delivered somewhere else just not to me. They hung up and I'm done. Take my 35 dollars you i don't care...

This is by far a great Dominoes location. Even when they are busy they are still pleasant every time I have been there. And the pizza always taste delicious !!! Keep it up !!!

I came in to pick up 5 pizzas for work. The staff at the register was absolutely horrible. BAD ATTITUDE !! her service toward a customer that was in front of me trying to find the right coupon for a pizza order she was rude and zero helpful to this customer. When it was my turn up next, I was unfortunately also helped by this lady running the front counter. Zero greeting, zero smile, and I made a comment that she's was very unpleasant, which sparked an even greater bad attitude, and it turned verbal against me. Had this not of been connected to my job I would of refused the pizza and I will NEVER return there for pizza under any circumstances. It's a shame that the customers spending our hard earned money there is the reason this lady even has a job. They really hit the bottom of the barrel with that employee!!!
My lava cakes was smashed upon arrival and the middle has questionable substance on top. They need to seal boxes with a tamper seal.

Took an hour for a small pick up order. The app told me the pizza was ready and I still had to wait even longer then expected. Cashier was cool but the girl boxing the pizza has poor customer service. Oh and I almost forgot to add NO ONE USES GLOVES… bare hands and all in your food!
