It's absolutely beautiful restaurant I got to meet the owner/ chef Natalia. Everything in the menu is good.

We went to Sourbon to celebrate my birthday. We loved the food and the atmosphere ambience was great! We had the pleasure of meeting the Chef/owner too.

Food was ok, server was helpful and attentive. We ordered a $20 burrata appetizer that came with 1 small crostini so we asked for another crostini and were charged for it. That was petty. My wife ordered a mocktail (no alcohol mojito) which was $14. .That was excessive for a fruity alcohol free beverage. Lastly, the charge a fee if you pay by credit card. Overall, I didn't have a positive experience and will not be going back. Treat your customer well and don't be petty, otherwise you will eventually have no customers. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

Extremely Disappointing I had high expectations since a credit card was required just to reserve, but from the moment we walked in, it was downhill. The hostess was rude and greeted us by telling us the only available booth had a broken leg — not exactly a warm welcome. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and when the server finally arrived, he was rude and dismissive. The restaurant had a strong odor, the ceiling was leaking, and there were buckets on the floor collecting water — completely unacceptable for any dining experience. They were out of beer despite it being listed on the menu, and the food was overpriced and underwhelming. Definitely not worth the hype, and we won't be back.

gave this restaurant one star, even though we never actually ate there. Looked at the menu and pictures on open table. Looked at the reviews, which were a very mixed bag, but the food and ambience looked good enough on the website to take a chance.. made a 530 reservation on open table on a Monday . Drove 40 minutes to get there. the restaurant was closed. I thought maybe I made a mistake on their hours and went to their website where it said they were open Monday through Sunday 5 to 11. Maybe they're out of business? We went around the corner and ate at Pastiche, which we have been to before and as always, it was great.

This is one of my favorite places!! The drinks, the food is fabulous, the service is great!! The ambience is 5 star, highly recommend for a first date to impress him/her. Thanks Evelyn for your hospitality last evening 😘

I would never eat here again. For this price I would never in a million years eat here again.

The food was REALLY burnt. The fries were so bad we ask for another side and they actually changed us

Ambience was amazing and staff was wonderful. Food just wasn't good. Our steak was very fatty. Pasta was lukewarm with a rubber texture. Drinks were great though

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I've been waiting over 30 minutes just order something from the menu, had to tell the waiter “we are ready to order” second I order steak medium well and it came out raw the food experience & service is bad i would never come here ever again. If want to save up time and money go to another restaurant.

Items on menu were not available. Ordered alternative selection . Waited over 30 minutes . Had to flag down Server. Was informed not ready. Place mostly empty . Staff not engaged and socializing at bar . Had to leave without getting food

Poor service. Warm beers. Happy hour is only at the bar, which isn't mentioned on their website or their ginormous sign out front trying to get people in for happy hour. We were charged full price and seemed like a money grab. Food was decent, but wouldn't recommend anyone to come here given the price.

Had my birthday dinner at Sourbon. Ambience and aesthetics is always great. I had the lavender martini and it was chefs kiss. I ordered the bruschetta trio which is my favorite thing on their menu. They didn't tell me they didn't have it until I just didn't receive it once the food started coming out. Our actual server was not attentive to our today. It seemed like the house hands who brought out the food was more helpful to us. Overall the food and place is nice but it is consistent with reviews that the service needs help.

Normally love sourbon. We usually really like the trio app but they were out of balsamic and that's what makes it. They were lacking in employees and ingredients, but our entrees were good and the desert was delicious.
