I had a really great experience at Drive Shack, mainly because of Lucia in guest services. She was super friendly from the moment we walked in and made everything easy to understand, especially since it was our first time. She answered all our questions, stayed patient even when it was busy, and genuinely seemed happy to help. You can tell she cares about guests having a good time. Her positive attitude honestly made the whole experience better. I’ll definitely be coming back because of service like that.
