I have been to Drive Shack many times and really enjoyed the games and facility. Today we were looking forward to our visit but found that all of the games changed. No one who was working was able to explain the new games, our server stated that they were also unfamiliar with the changes. It was hard to determine exactly where to aim the ball to score. Others who were there were having the same issues. We shortened our time to one hour.We also ordered sodas that were warm and flat. The server did try to replace them and she was very nice. It is unfortunate that changes were made without the staff being fully educated on the games. Thinking I won’t be back for awhile.

Elijah was our server and gave us a phenomenal service on celebrating a birthday! David was the manager, and made sure that the new gaming system went smoothly. Although Drive shack has a new gaming system, their service staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience is flawless and exhilarating. We can’t wait to come back to play all the new courses in games that they have to offer!

David, the manager, was absolutely amazing! They brought in a new playing system and he was so helpful in helping us understand how to use it. Our server, Elijah, is the best in the Biz. We were here to celebrate my birthday and they made it a memorable one!! I’m definitely gonna be back because of them. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

They just changed their software systems and our staff member didn't know how to get it to work and score our games.? So for us it was a waste of our gift certificate given to me for Cristmas. Not fun but still cost us 50.00 for 1 1/2 hour of hitting balls with dented drivers.

Where to begin…. We tried to book a bay on their website but it was a 2.5 hour wait. When we arrived, we were told that there were plenty of bays available. We called several times before arriving, but no one answered the phone. Our server was very nice but she had no idea how to work the new games. By the way, the new games are horrible and our screen kept turning off. We had a good time anyway but when I got home, I realized they charged me for two hours, even though the receipt clearly shows the time when we arrived, and when we paid. My fault for not looking more closely at the bill. They could use a new manager. Save your money.

I looked on website. Hours were listed. No one answered the phone. Went with entire family and they were closed for renovations. Shame on you for not having a big banner you were closed. I called later and asked if they would honor the half price we’d on Friday as we still wanted to go and they wouldn’t do anything for us. Shame on you drive shack.

Great food and fun experience, but service was slow.

Change happens and change can be good. Not so, in my opinion, in this case.At the check-in process, you have to decide exactly how long you plan on playing bc you and service staff can't add time in the actual bay. If you are in the middle of a game/course, tough luck. If you do want to add time, you now have to go downstairs and "rebook" the bay. Only in hour increments, though. You can't "pause" your bay time while you go downstairs to add time, so you end up holding up your friends from finishing or having them hit for you, etc. The old system was a lot more user-friendly and made actual sense.Once I got to the bay, I had to wait 20 mins before I could start. You aren't able to put in your info and get started. They have hard start/stop times. The games don't show you the colored circles anymore so you don't know where to relativly aim. They assume you already know where to hit, your yardage, and what club to hit that yard, which is not real/legitimate to begin with. Most games are geared for only 100 yards, which can be understandable for the clientele but not enjoyable for those who want to use another club other than the wedge. The games take too long to upload, so you keep watching your "time clock" tick down while you wait. The graphics are similar to Roblox characters, which I assume was to cater toward the youngest audience. They are pretty "cheesy" games, which I never finished playing bc they weren't very engaging.I only ordered drinks but saw the challenge in ordering food from the neighboring bay.The staff has always been great, but I can see their frustration with the changes as well.I ended up leaving early bc it just wasn't enjoyable. In closing, the new system/additions/process at Drive Shack was not set up with the thought of the end user. The customer/client experience is challenging, frustrating at times, and leaves little to be desired. A very unfortunate change to what was a place I really enjoyed going to for the past 4 yrs. I did the summer packages, brought in multiple people, attended and hosted events/parties, and I really touted the experience to random people I talked to who were interested in learning how to play golf.Obviously, this one review will not make a bit of difference, but this one reviewer will not be returning.

This is such a great place to meet up with friends and family for a fun group experience. The location is pretty big and can accommodate pretty big groups if you give them notice. The service was great and you can order food and drinks while you’re enjoying the game. This is a great pick for birthday get togethers and celebrations. Will definitely be going back!

Drive Shack is a fun experience for people of all ages , including friends and family and large groups. This was our first time and it was just amazing, The service was excellent and the food is your basic quick eats but good. if you go on Wednesdays they offers 1/2 price play. The place is large and clean .And they offer their own clubs so you don't need to bring them. The game choices are many from golf courses like St Andrews to skill games like Darts. Certainly a great time! Parking is plenty and not an issue.

I've been coming to Drive Shack since they opened and I've always had a great experience. Wednesdays are our new thing there as they are 50% off on game time and pizza. We arrived and had a bit of a wait if we needed to hit the 2nd or 3rd floor. 1st floor was no wait time. We decided to wait as we have a kid with us who needed the extra floor. We enjoyed playing corn hole near the bar while we waited. It was super easy as they texted us alerting us which bay to walk to. When we got to our bay, the screen greets you with your name. The software is very easy to use. We entered players names and selected a game of choice. There is a countdown so you won't go over an hour if you didn't want to. I love transparency.During this time, we ordered nachos, pretzels, a burger and drinks. They all arrived fairly quickly and the 3 of us were able to play and eat all within an hour. Great customer service as well.

Had a really postive experience at this location for our Knights of Columbus fundraiser. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Granted, we held it on a weekday morning, so perhaps not as busy as other times. But we were prioritized and given a very successful event as a result of this team's work. We will look to hold a similar event here next year.

Service was horrendous. Dirty 2nd floor bar and restaurant area. Served meals with no napkins, empty condiments everywhere. Staff tasting new espresso martini machine. ‘Bartender’ server closed check before food came. What a joke. - Was staying over to catch an early flight. Thought a quick bite would not be too difficult. Watched 2 women and their kids walk out due to no one approaching them.
