Mike is the best waiter I’ve ever had coming into this establishment. He is very nice and so helpful even when it is so busy! He is a very hard working guy. You guys are very lucky to have this gentleman work for you in this establishment. Seriously.

"We had a disappointing experience at Duffy's tonight. Our waiter, Mike, seemed inattentive and only visited our table when I actively flagged him down. When I asked for the bill, he took his time, even though the restaurant was busy. We ended up paying with another waiter who came over to clear my table. After a disappointing dinner experience, things escalated in the parking lot. Our waiter, Mike, falsely accused me of not paying, despite showing him the receipt. He continued causing a scene, embarrassing us in front of other customers.
We had to return inside to verify payment with the young man who processed our bill. Mike failed to apologize or resolve the issue. Instead, the young man and lady at the door apologized for his behavior.

Got the table side tailgate appetizer and it was barely cooked and quite honestly freaked me out. Better off just going to Publix frozen section

We arrived and sat pretty quickly. It was all downhill from there. We ordered food several minutes later. Thirty minutes later, the appetizer hadn't appeared ten minutes later no entree and still no appetizer and no wait staff to check on us. We got up and walked out.

We decided to stop in for lunch as my mother-in-law likes theplace and she was treating us to lunch. We saw the specials as we came but the server did not know them and had to verify what we were ordering. Although we were to have our choice of sides, I did not receive my tater tots as ordered with my beer brat. The other two ordered the brat burger and enjoyed but received fries and again were not allowed a choice. The server was slow to refill drinks and brought one rather than all us of drinks when we requested refills. He was a nice person but not the most attentive server.
