Roody at the Forest hill and Jog location was the best server! The attention to detail and service out of this world! The food was great as well! I will always ask for Roody when I come back to this location!

Sam was our server, she first came to our table and said she was busy and would get to us, didn't take a drink order.
Finally got our drinks. After awhile, I flagged down a manager because I knew food was coming out soon and asked for set ups and our second drinks. The manager brought them. Then the food was delivered by several other servers. Still no Sam?

We have gone to Duffys for many years, the food was cold. I had bang bang shrimp tacos and the shrimp were so hard and overcooked.

We had 3 seperate checks which we specifically asked for in advance to make things easier for her. All the checks were wrong. Rather than wait any further, my friend just paid them all, a $250 bill, and left a $50 tip, which I said was not right as she provided no service at all. I would have left 10% and I usually overtip but not when service is that lousy.

The only saving grace of the evening was the company of good friends.

This experience put a sour taste in my mouth for Duffys and we will probably not return with so many other options out there.

Appitizers were cold. I ordered the filet medallions rare and they came out well done. Our server was nowhere to be found to get a replacement or to refill our drinks. When everyone else was done eating our server showed up and didnt acknowledge that my food was untouched. Had to get a manager to take it off the bill. This place is horrible.

You don’t do it twice but I believe in second chances. We were set out to have drinks and something to eat.

The drink were abit slow in coming as well as it was just a glass of ice. Requested bar chips that never came. Sooo obviously you won’t want to order any food because the wait would be forever.

By the way. Was supposedly waiting for a coupon from the manager for a drink refund that too never came only to see the manager in server mood (nothings wrong with that - helping because it’s probably under staffed)

Very good food, I’m gluten free and they have lots to choose including gluten free pasta. My fiancée got the aged steak he said it was delicious and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be returning often!

We love going here. Tonight was great with Michael. He was awesome with everything!

My parents and I went for lunch and although not crowded- service was slow. Took forever for someone to take our orders and we had to ask for water. Only the person who actually asked for water recieved it- water was not provided to everyone at the table. Food was decent, lunch specials.
