Duffy's Sports Grill

"Third time's the charm", as they say.
I Cannot figure out what the problem is here. It just seems so simple to me: A guest walks in.. seat them in a timely manner.. or at least say "we'll be right with you ".. the guest orders, and is served.. they pay and leave. Sounds like the perfect Home Run to me. But how can you even think about a home run if you never get a chance to bat? Yesterday was the 3rd time in the last 6 weeks where I walked in at between 3:30 and 4:00 pm, and there was No One up front. So, I waited..about 5 minutes.. and then left. Yesterday was the same situation, except that I decided to see how long I'd have to wait to be noticed. After 6 minutes (In a restaurant where the dining room was virtually empty, by the way).. I was seated. Not makin' this up.. ANOTHER 6 minutes goes by.. and I had to give up.. and opt to go spend the Manager's Christmas Bonus somewhere else. I thought 'Well surely, someone will notice as I'm on the way out..?' nope.
Chances are, I'll probably return. Just not any time soon. I just don't have time during the day to play Russian Roulette with lunch.
I don't need an apology.. I don't need anything free.. I just need for Duffy's to do what literally hundreds of restaurants in WPB do well every day. Because if you're too busy to take care of your guests.. what's the point?

We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was friendly and fast. Our food came out hot and delicious.

Kimani brightens the atmosphere at Duffys when he works. Best place and bartender for game day.

Wilson the GM and all the bartenders at this location are great! The Turkey Rachel on the weekday lunch menu never fails. So good!

Food was great! Service was awesome! Santana was just like a nurse taking care of us. So helpful and very detail oriented. She’s a gem. We had a great time. Have had her wait on us two days in a row.

Brandon is an amazing bartender! My bff and I are both in the industry and were so impressed by his ability to multitask with a full bar and service bar for the restaurant! He had a great attitude and took time to hear each guest when they had a specific drink request. 10 stars for Brandon!

Duffy's is a solid sports bar/restaurant. Never sure if they considered themselves a sports bar or a family restaurant. Seems to depend on which location. Solid food, good specials, and a great place to watch the Dolphins or the Heat with friends.

I just Sat down for 30 minutes in Duffy's and didn't even get served and had to watch other people eat and drink. I just got off work, I had a hard day and only thing I wanted to do was have a burger and watch the Dolphin's game and they ruined my night.

Please do not go to this Establishment

Sorry for the long post! Placed a very large order first thing in the morning for this location on Village for a work luncheon at 11:30 pick up time. Which I’m sure came as a surprise to the team for the beginning of their day. The staff was so pleasant and so was the manager, Wilson. I was greeted as I walked in and was told that someone would be right with me. I was helped shortly after. I was happy to be acknowledged. I waited just a couple mins for my order. I didn’t check the time of my arrival (I was probably early) but I did not wait long for my food to come out. I asked if they didn’t mind if I double checked the order and manager Wilson said please do. I knew by the way I was treated and how everything was presented that my order was going to be correct but for my own sanity I did anyway. Everything was perfect. Wilson was a true gentleman and offered to help me with my many bags to my car. Also made sure to put them on the floor of my car nestled between the seats so they don’t tip over which I did not think of. You could tell that he is professional and has experience. Which I appreciate. I want to say a special thank you to the manager Wilson, the two young ladies that helped with my order, and the kitchen staff. Our food was great, everything that I ordered was correct and neatly placed in the bags. Exceptional customer service!
