Went to dinner with my family . My daughter never got her dinner . We got Jo apology or anything when we told them and they never brought her dinner after . Won’t be going to that location again

"Third time's the charm", as they say.
I Cannot figure out what the problem is here. It just seems so simple to me: A guest walks in.. seat them in a timely manner.. or at least say "we'll be right with you ".. the guest orders, and is served.. they pay and leave. Sounds like the perfect Home Run to me. But how can you even think about a home run if you never get a chance to bat? Yesterday was the 3rd time in the last 6 weeks where I walked in at between 3:30 and 4:00 pm, and there was No One up front. So, I waited..about 5 minutes.. and then left. Yesterday was the same situation, except that I decided to see how long I'd have to wait to be noticed. After 6 minutes (In a restaurant where the dining room was virtually empty, by the way).. I was seated. Not makin' this up.. ANOTHER 6 minutes goes by.. and I had to give up.. and opt to go spend the Manager's Christmas Bonus somewhere else. I thought 'Well surely, someone will notice as I'm on the way out..?' nope.
Chances are, I'll probably return. Just not any time soon. I just don't have time during the day to play Russian Roulette with lunch.
I don't need an apology.. I don't need anything free.. I just need for Duffy's to do what literally hundreds of restaurants in WPB do well every day. Because if you're too busy to take care of your guests.. what's the point?

Wilson the GM and all the bartenders at this location are great! The Turkey Rachel on the weekday lunch menu never fails. So good!

Food was great! Service was awesome! Santana was just like a nurse taking care of us. So helpful and very detail oriented. She’s a gem. We had a great time. Have had her wait on us two days in a row.
