I have been to this Duffy’s location quite a few times and Kimani has been my bartender each time. I have never had a bad experience, my food has been fresh EVERY time and the vibes are unmatched. 10/10.

04/23/2024This is not the best Duffy’s I have visited, especially when I see a big difference between the establishments in Southeast Florida (SEFL) and Southwest Florida (SWFL), with the latter having better service and the food seeming fresher.In my case, I ordered salmon and it was not a good experience overall.The cleanliness of the place is an area for improvement, and undoubtedly, help at the bar is needed. Having just one person serving the entire bar and the restaurant's drinks is a disservice to customers who have to wait a long time to be served.Parking: Plenty parking lots

Worst Duffy's ever. Understaffed, under stocked and can't get an order right. I'm a big Duffy's fan in general so I hope I can change this review later but this location has a lot of work to do.

Worst Duffys ever. Had lots of empty tables and no one sitting outside. Was told 15 minute wait time for they only had 2 servers. The ladies at front desk told me I couldn't be seated outside.Found empty seat at bar and sat there. Service very, very poor. Silverware very dirty never got the water I asked for to clean my silverware. I travel for work and enjoy eating at Duffys. When home I go there for 2 for 1 drinks. I am here a lot in this area and will never go into this place again. If you want to be all around disappointed go here.

We went for dinner with my wife on 3.15.24. Front desk person really unkin, sat us down and we wait at the table more that 25 minutes and nobody came to Us to ask us for anything, we had to leave and front person really careless about, I said poor management, had to go to BJ’s and was great!Really poor service and bad experience!

If you’re thinking about going to this Duffys PICK A DIFFERENT ONE. The last time we came to this Duffys the service was terrible (they didn’t greet us for 20 minutes, the order was wrong twice and the food sucked) but that’s not even why I’m reviewing them now. This review is about today’s experience. My boyfriend placed an order for honey garlic traditional wings with a basket of fries. Easypeasy right? We order, pull up 15 minutes later (per instructions) and he goes inside, he’s told 3 separate times by 3 separate servers “the host will be right with you” 15 minutes later and the host is still no where in sight. (There are other customers in the restaurant also complaining about how long it’s taking, some are saying they’re about to leave to go get Publix wings instead) finally the hostess shows up, takes his payment, seats some couples that were waiting and says she’s going to go get the food. 13 minutes later she comes back with the order and I wish to god he would’ve checked them but he was so sick of waiting for as long as we had that he just come back out to the car and we drive home. He opens up the Togo container & we see the world’s driest wings. Waited for the hostess for 20+ minutes to get dry, over cooked wings with literally NO honey garlic sauce on them. Seriously disappointed. We’ll never re visit this location

When we approached the hostess stand, there were 4 people standing behind it talking. Finally, I asked if I could put my name in and asked about the wait. They told me they didn’t know how long it would be. Now, mind you, this place is MASSIVE and was not crowded. So they printed out a piece of paper and had me write my name on it. The food and apps took FORever. I would not return.

Wife and I Seated for 25 minutes, no one approached to take order or at least greet. Went to front desk, got an apology with a: someone will be there asap. Waited for other 20 minutes, same results. Walked out not coming back, this was a good place to go a have a nice meal time. We noticed a couple next table, same issue, no service. Might need to better train employees.
