The service wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was actually pretty amazed at how terrible the chicken bacon croissant sandwich is when the croissant is overly toasted and the cheese is cold. Last time I had that sandwich I could not believe how good it was that I bought another one. But this version of it made me wonder if I ever actually liked it. I give the girls credit though. Even though you could tell they really didn't want to be there they hustled and got my sandwich out to me faster than I thought they would. I'm not saying their wait time was short but it just wasn't as long as I thought it was going to be. I think they have a good sense of urgency and maybe a little bit more training on how to make the food properly and this place will be a five star someday

They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my order is right and the service is fast. It’s such a nice feeling to start my day with people who genuinely care about their customers. The coffee and food are always fresh, but it’s really the team here that makes this Dunkin’ stand out. Truly one of the best! Dunkin please make sure you provide the staff with the necessary tools, resources and merchandise so the employees have continued success.

When I say the workers in the mornings are just something else , they are. I come in to order , no one is at the register . There’s one employee cleaning the tables she finally notices me and she looks like she’s there by herself .. comes to find out there’s one employee sitting down on her phone just laughing! Absolutely crazy . Trust take your money somewhere else .

OK so it’s taking me a lot to write this bc for ten years I’ve been coming here, close to my job, no issue. The last 4 visits have been incredibly frustrating. Whether I order mobile or in the store the wait times are insane even when I’m the only one on the line. I wait forever just for them to either forget my order, make it completely wrong or forget items in my bag. You can see in the app how many orders I’ve placed here. Starbucks is across the way and they have an amazing reward system as well so I think I’ll grab my macchiato from there each morning

Ordered a drink for pickup with extra sugar and cold foam and got neither. So frustrated lol I really wrote a review for the first time ever in my life.
It's a Dunkin Donuts. It's located inside a gas station. The decor was outdated and not as clean as you would like. But, the coffee and donuts were very good. Although they did not have a variety of donuts compared to a full-service Dunkin, the ones they had were fresh. This place works in a pinch.
