It's a Dunkin Donuts. It's located inside a gas station. The decor was outdated and not as clean as you would like. But, the coffee and donuts were very good. Although they did not have a variety of donuts compared to a full-service Dunkin, the ones they had were fresh. This place works in a pinch.

We ordered a medium ice coffee with two splendas and half and half. They gave us a medium ice coffee black with three splendas, half decaf. We also ordered a bagel mini bite but we were given the omelet bite. I also ordered the dunkin wrap but I don't know there are two options because I got the red pepper wrap instead of the green wrap which I wanted in the picture.
I don't think the cashier was listening to us very well when we ordered. Or even if she did, she didn't tell us that she didn't understand or that there were other options. Very unsatisfied.
The only thing they got right was my coffee which was a medium ice with two splendas and half and half.
I would love for management to reach out to me regarding this matter.
We visited in the morning of 08/24/24 at approximately 11:30am. I don't have a receipt for it neither so I can't show anything.

This Dunkin’ was filthy and the service was below par. There were multiple employees working there and I was the only customer but it was clear I was low on their priority list. I had to wait for them to finish talking to one of their friends before they would help me. I will not return.

Zero stars if I could. I mobile ordered my drinks ahead of time and when I come in I’m blatantly ignored. I then make it known to THREE employees I have a mobile order and I didn’t even get as much as a head nod. Finally a young lady acknowledged what I had said and lo and behold my order was sitting there getting watered down. It’s a damn shame.
