When I say the workers in the mornings are just something else , they are. I come in to order , no one is at the register . There’s one employee cleaning the tables she finally notices me and she looks like she’s there by herself .. comes to find out there’s one employee sitting down on her phone just laughing! Absolutely crazy . Trust take your money somewhere else .

OK so it’s taking me a lot to write this bc for ten years I’ve been coming here, close to my job, no issue. The last 4 visits have been incredibly frustrating. Whether I order mobile or in the store the wait times are insane even when I’m the only one on the line. I wait forever just for them to either forget my order, make it completely wrong or forget items in my bag. You can see in the app how many orders I’ve placed here. Starbucks is across the way and they have an amazing reward system as well so I think I’ll grab my macchiato from there each morning

It's a Dunkin Donuts. It's located inside a gas station. The decor was outdated and not as clean as you would like. But, the coffee and donuts were very good. Although they did not have a variety of donuts compared to a full-service Dunkin, the ones they had were fresh. This place works in a pinch.
They close before the hours showing at the website. That's not fair 😕.

We ordered a medium ice coffee with two splendas and half and half. They gave us a medium ice coffee black with three splendas, half decaf. We also ordered a bagel mini bite but we were given the omelet bite. I also ordered the dunkin wrap but I don't know there are two options because I got the red pepper wrap instead of the green wrap which I wanted in the picture.
I don't think the cashier was listening to us very well when we ordered. Or even if she did, she didn't tell us that she didn't understand or that there were other options. Very unsatisfied.
The only thing they got right was my coffee which was a medium ice with two splendas and half and half.
I would love for management to reach out to me regarding this matter.

This Dunkin’ was filthy and the service was below par. There were multiple employees working there and I was the only customer but it was clear I was low on their priority list. I had to wait for them to finish talking to one of their friends before they would help me. I will not return.
