Very bitter coffee which means they use low quality beans or it was brewed for too long. I ordered a small caramel iced coffee w/almond milk and it taste really I took a few sips and threw it out..

Has to be the worse Dunkin' Donuts in palm beach county. The only thing keeping it alive are the only 2 employees that look happy to serve you and the location is perfect for a business, however, everything else is garbage. If you need coffee before work, don't bother. If you want to feel a great environment (a coffee shop), nope. With the exception of my 2 favorite employees the rest need to go, there's no reason to look miserable while serving people what's probably the peak of their work day. A smile is ESSENTIAL when serving coffee, go ask Starbucks across the street.

Please - could Dunkin get a grip and get a new franchisee to operate the shop inside the gas station at this location?Service is just bad most of the time. And it's not because there's no help. There's too much help and they're talking among themselves. They ignore customers. They have zero rapport with customers. They seem to wish there were no customers.There will be 3-4 employees behind the counter talking about something other than donuts, coffee and customers. There's one woman sitting in a corner doing admin work - she'd be more useful serving customers. You get your order but you need to check it. Some of the help is more communicative but all and all this place needs a refresh - fire the current team, get a new franchisee, start over with a better attitude.Will that happen? Of course not. It's the only Dunkin in the area - but I sometimes just stop at McDonalds for my coffee.

Horrible service to every customer there this morning. I also paid extra for cream cheese only to get a small scoop that wouldn't spread. All staff had an attitude like they didn't want to work there. I saw this with the five customers on front of me. Horrible will never return.

Staff was amazing! So friendly during a difficult time in our life. My Dad had some major tests at the VA and we stopped right after, they made him feel less stressed.
