We are daily customers of this place, and there is a girl who gives the worst customer service, she is there Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from giving the wrong order, cold coffee and give you attitude when you place the order. Multiple times. If you want a cold coffee and the worst energy in the morning this Is your place.

THESE EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOB. I live literally right down the street from the Dunkinā Donuts so I keep trying and I donāt know why. They never have anything.They have like two varieties of donuts and God forbid if you DoorDash theyāre gonna substitute whatever they donāt have with something thatās not even close

I was shocked by my experience at your store. The manager, Jenifer, told me I couldnāt use a chair inside the store. Iāve been to many Dunkinā locations, but this was by far the worst experience. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and said, āI make the rules for now.ā
This treatment was very disappointing, and I hope this is not reflective of your brandās customer service standards.

top of the notch lousy, ordered doordash they cant get the order correct, i even drove there with my added gas money, and complained to fix my order after spending big dollars on doordash . and the girl had an attitude no respect fixing my order, not even a new hot coffee after driving there in my own car using my gas!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I ordered a small cappuccino and I received a small size that is about half a cup with half foam. When i measure it in my 8 oz coffee cup, it is equal to about 5-6 oz. I spoke to the cashier about it and she said it is a very foamy drink.
