Went through the drivethru around 3pm on 1/10/2026 the staff was extremely RUDE!!!! Honestly, after I ordered and he was just yelling I really wanted to just tell him to have a good day but I gave it a chance and idk y I did that because my order was incorrect and I had to throw out my ice coffee because it tasted like sugar and water.

I ordered a large dunkalatte with 1 pump of liquid sugar and recieve a hot coffee with a splash of coffee milk. If I paid for an espresso, I want an espresso, not crappy watered down coffee…it’s a clear difference. Trust I will be back bc the laziness is getting out of hand.

I just went to grab something quick but hash browns were disgusting sogy,mini bagels not even cooked all the way. The girl at the windows bad attitude on the phone like really?. Very sad need better worker that actually want to work.

Such an improvement ❤️ The new staff there are so nice and attentive and it is such a pleasure every time I go there now. I go there so much they know my order as soon as I pull up, such attention to detail. Jesse and they rest of the crew are so nice, I'm in and out in no time. The service is so warm at every visit it's become my favorite location to go to and it's conveniently in my neighborhood so I can grab my coffee right away when I need it.

This has to be the worst customer service. I've had in a long time. I couldn't even finish my order before the employee was rushing me away and because I didn't really finish my order. I wanted to ask them if they could add something on to it before giving them my card. The employee got so upset that he went and fetched his co-worker Tati, who then proceeds to just ask me for my card and snatched it out my hand and then shove the food at me but I mean, at least she said, have a nice day and I couldn't say the same back because it seems like she's already having a pretty bad one and taking it out on customers. The service was SO bad and I'm writing still in shock.

super rude staff when placing our order, scream to us from the window that we have to wait made us wait before the window, when we were at the window checking our food she came back and say that we were in a timer that we have to leave

We are daily customers of this place, and there is a girl who gives the worst customer service, she is there Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from giving the wrong order, cold coffee and give you attitude when you place the order. Multiple times. If you want a cold coffee and the worst energy in the morning this Is your place.

THESE EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOB.
I live literally right down the street from the Dunkin’ Donuts so I keep trying and I don’t know why. They never have anything.They have like two varieties of donuts and God forbid if you DoorDash they’re gonna substitute whatever they don’t have with something that’s not even close

I was shocked by my experience at your store. The manager, Jenifer, told me I couldn’t use a chair inside the store. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations, but this was by far the worst experience. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and said, “I make the rules for now.”

This treatment was very disappointing, and I hope this is not reflective of your brand’s customer service standards.
