They lack efficiency, speed, and customer service. My order was a pickup order that was overlooked I waited 25 minutes past the pickup time for my order. During another experience I asked for a bagel with light cream cheese I heard the staff get irritated when received my order it had triple the amount of the normal cream cheese. I always tip and I have a busy schedule and I understand that things in customer service get hectic but this location is drowning.

This is my first and will be my last time coming to this location… The drive-through line was very long, but pleasantly and without any rudeness, they moved the line along quickly. So that I appreciated!!! I ordered a small hot coffee and a maple sugar, bacon croissant sandwich no egg. I also paid to add extra bacon. Where I got to the window, the lady in the drive-through was very pleasant very nice. She repeated my order to me as well as to the staff that was preparing my food and coffee. Not only did I not get the extra bacon on my sandwich, my coffee was just bland. yes it was hot, but it taste like crap. I wanted three cream three sugar four caramel, and I paid extra for my coffee and there’s nothing in my coffee except cream. I’m disappointed because the drive-through lady reiterated my order and they still got it wrong. Next time I’ll just stick to going my usual branch instead of using this one because it was conveniently closer to where I was going.

This location has gone down hill since Trey the manager was present. This morning I stopped by for my usual coffee at first. It was too late and I asked for them to make sure that the ingredients I ordered through my mobile order with present and they just said oh they gave you extra cream. I’m lactose intolerant. Why would I get extra cream so the mocha was missing they add the mocha’s all at the bottom. They couldn’t even mix it for me so I took it and then I returned and asked them to remake it for me after I drop my son off cause I was so pissed. I am a Night Shift nurse and I was looking forward to having my iced Coffee after a hard shift.
Only to be met with laziness that’s pure laziness. I’ve worked at Dunkin before it’s not that hard to remake a drink properly and meet time quotas

It’s breakfast time and the donuts are cold and dry, the hash browns are old and cold and of course the cashier had an attitude and just stared at me like an idiot when I asked if they had any type of sauce for the sandwich’s. Speak up and learn to be professional

Very bad service it’s not the first time someone takes my order and then give it to me wrong and when I tell them they get mad a look at me and say that I didn’t ask for that’s don’t pay attention to take orders I have passed this so many times but I am not passing for them to talk to me in the rude way I am so disappointed of this Dunkin now 😡😕

Her positive attitude truly brightens my day every time I come in. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team!

Use the drive through a fair amount.
They manage to keep the car line moving, so fairly fast even with 4 cars in front of you. The order board is easy to read. Did not rate the atmosphere as i use the drive-through. Be careful not to drive off before getting all your order.
There is also an outside walk-up window.

Very disappointed in yall.
But aye this is the black community so ig that’s what is expected.
I ordered my food ( muffins) warm and it wasn’t.
I asked for a bacon and cheese croissant sandwich and I didn’t get it.
Like how hard was it
If you don’t want to work stay home ✌🏾
My mother asked for a chipotle wrap does it coke plain lol or does it come with chipotle shouldn’t taste like some regular wrap.
