I’ve ordered several times from this location over the years. In my younger days it was decent. Now, it’s hit or miss. Mostly, a miss. Some of customer service doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Hindi so it makes it difficult to communicate. I asked for a bottle of milk and the lady, confused, walks away and left me sitting at the drive through window. Next thing I know another worker comes up and asks me why I’m still sitting there. Secondly, when I order online and they don’t have the particular donut I asked for they substitute it, but say nothing at drive thru. Lastly, they shove 4 iced donuts in one small bag which is ridiculous. They can do better and should.

I ordered through DoorDash Dunkin’ Donuts forgot my donut even though donut is in their name. My refresher tasted like cough medicine and the iced coffee that I ordered tasted watered down and when I tried to call to tell them this, nobody answered the phone, even though I called a good seven times because I just don’t get how you could mess up and over this bed unless it’s like on purpose

Visited on February 11 around 8:00am. Ordered a cold brew and instead of them giving me a good cup they give me double cup because they know it’s broken. The lady even told me , who the hell does this! The lady at the window is always my favorite and she didn’t see it or else I’m sure she would have helped.

I was traveling back to Florida and I stopped in Dunkin’ Donuts to use the restroom. I urgently had to use the restroom and I asked the young lady at the register for the bathroom key which she successfully helped out with no issue. Upon leaving the store, an additional lady came up to where I placed the key on the counterlooking very furious. I asked her was everything OK she said hey are you going to buy something? I kindly reply. Do I have to buy something to use the bathroom? She said yes you do. I felt very discriminated due to my current appearance, even though I was driving on the road all day my appearance may not be the best, but I still feel as though I was judged and discriminated against. I should not have to make a purchase to use the restroom when I have been a customer of Dunkin’ Donuts for throughout the years. This is highly unprofessional al and very targeting. I am going to seek legal representation in regards to this matter. Please be sure to make a purchase for using the restroom

This is a franchised location so the normal functions of dunkin do not apply here. I ordered online to the wrong location and they weren't able to help me reorder to the correct location as they don't function like the other locations

rude manager lies and says the bathrooms are out of order, and does not allow PAYING CUSTOMERS to use the bathroom like every other dunkin donuts
Ordered delivery from here and they forgot half my order. You'd think a place with donuts in the name would remember to put them in the bag
