It’s nice that they’re open again, but holy cow are they bad at this kinda work! ALWAYS check your order, I’m regularly missing something. They don’t start making mobile orders until you get there, which defeats the purpose of placing mobile orders. And they never have any donuts, they’re always out of anything of old donut holes. Old guy, which I assume is a manager(he’s always there) isn’t friendly at all.

The customer service at this place leaves much to be desired. It often takes multiple attempts to get your order across, as the staff tends to chat amongst themselves. When you finally get their attention, you're met with an exasperated "What do you want?" The atmosphere is clean, but when it came to my order, they simply left it on the counter without informing me, and they seemed annoyed when I asked about it.

First time coming to this Dunkin Donuts instead of the employees doing there job they have you waiting for a long period of time while they talk to them
The Indian lady is super racist, also will laugh because you have a disability. Not the first time I’ve had an encounter with her. She’s going to be the reason why this place closes. I’ve never experienced this at any Dunkin’ Donuts I know they’re franchised but they really need to investigated by corporate. She works the window. Now it sucks because the African American lady is super sweet.
