This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DUNKIN’ LOCATION… made my Drive Through Order and they missed items from my order after I had drove off. So, I come back to inform them hey you forgot the donut and charged me for it.
The Staff just kept looking at me and ignoring me when asking for assistance. Drive-Thru is Deanna who took my Drive-Thru Order, I said excuse me Im asking for assistance and you are ignoring me. You what Deanna said???, “RELAX!”. GHETTO STREET TALKING. And The Manager wearing the Gray polo Shirt Watched the Entire Interaction And DID NOT REPRIMAND DEANNA TO BE PROFESSIONAL!… NO PROFESSIONALISM… THE SURVEY DON’T DO ANYTHING CLEARLY BCUZ ALL OTHER CUSTOMER STATE THE SAME THING. THIS DUNKIN 7512 STORE#350901 Needs to Be CLOSED AND RETRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEE TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!. CUSTOMER SPENDING MONEY AT THIS LOCATION NEED TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!!!!

Very bad, I ordered a small coffee about 10 minutes ago got charged twice as much, when I checked the sticker on coffee, there was two, one under the other so they charged me for two coffees, I asked about the price and they just repeated the cost, I had to her to work but they charged me for two orders after peeling my tag revealing the second charge, but I had to get to work.

Wow customer service top tier. I didn’t get his name but on my receipt it says Davon. This Dunkin knows how to make an ice cappuccino. Some of these Dunkin I get what almost seems like milk and I have to ask can you make it darker. Who ever was in the morning team and made my breakfast thank you! Best Ice cappuccino made!

I’m not a person that goes on google and says “this place sucks this place is trash don’t go there!” but I do write a review when the same thing has happened multiple times. I usually come to Dunkin Friday afternoon and get the same thing every time. And when I come during the afternoon there’s two guys there and one is a tall black guy and the other is a shorter dude with a little mustache. The tall guy is always harassing me every time I go there. He’s always asking me personal questions and getting all up in my business and he just will not leave me alone. I’m sorry to be mean because I don’t like being a “Karen” because I work at a food place but can whoever works there tell him to leave me be. He’s making me uncomfortable and he needs to leave me be.

The person taking the order laughed hysterically as if I'm one of their friends before taking my order.I asked for a HOT green tea and the young man at the window try to argue with me on what I ordered. Proceeded to smile in my face as if I was wrong. I know what I ordered knowing good and well if it's first thing in the morning I'm going to need a something hot to wake me up. If you don't like your job just say that but don't sit here and argue with the customer over what they proceeded to order. I will not be coming back to this location

I'm glad the staff is cracking down on non customers using the bathroom. I sit for an hour reading the paper drinking coffee and enjoying a donut and wake up wrap. In that hour I'd see about 8 to 10 non customers come in and ask to use the bathroom. Some people were in the bathroom as long as 10 minutes. Management finally cracked down and will only allow customers to use the bathroom. People off the street let the bathroom a mess. No more thank goodness.

Johnny at the window asked me to pull forward. There was already a car sitting in front of me. I told him that’s not possible. He told me to pull forward anyway because they have a time limit at the window. Also there was nobody behind me so I said I would just sit and wait. He said no we can’t let that happen we have a time limit, very disrespectful slam the door when I told him I wasn’t gonna pull forward because there was nowhere to go. Will never be back to this Dounkin again.
