Donut wasn't the best. Didn't have any old fashion like I wanted so I took a substitute. Got there a few minutes to closing so service was horrible. Wasn't please at all. Hasn't returned to this location since.

I go almost every business morning for an iced decaf no ice. Yesterday, they decided to charge me an extra dollar for the no ice, Snotty woman at the window told me to talk to the manager when I asked about it and told me it's the policy, Only when she is at the window. Coincidentially she charged me an extra .50 a few weeks ago when she was also at the window. Think she is profiting.

Absolutely standard-setting Dunkin. The drive thru time was as minimal as possible, the woman on the intercom took my order very quickly and perfectly accurately, the man working the register at the window was also working very quickly. Staff was all professional. Food was absolutely perfect. Drink was perfect. It’s been a long time since I was truly impressed by a Dunkin providing everything completely spot-on. This is the one. 100% satisfied and impressed. Would go far out of my way to go through this specific Dunkin location.

There was a way to give no stars I would. I went into the facility at 7 PM. They don’t close until eight. I was not greeted at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes because the employee was too busy boxing up her donuts to take home for herself then I was told that she would not be serving any food only drinks. So I left

They always close before 8pm, if you arrive ten minutes before that they’ll not attend. I love the coffee but not following the time what they supposed to.

I was going through the drive-through to get a latte and they wanted to charge me four dollars extra not to add any ice! I’m OK with being charged for oat milk but for ice? I did not ask for extra ice. I asked for no ice. This is why Starbucks makes more than you.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DUNKIN’ LOCATION… made my Drive Through Order and they missed items from my order after I had drove off. So, I come back to inform them hey you forgot the donut and charged me for it.

The Staff just kept looking at me and ignoring me when asking for assistance.
Drive-Thru is Deanna who took my Drive-Thru Order, I said excuse me Im asking for assistance and you are ignoring me. You what Deanna said???, “RELAX!”. GHETTO STREET TALKING.
And The Manager wearing the Gray polo Shirt Watched the Entire Interaction And DID NOT REPRIMAND DEANNA TO BE PROFESSIONAL!… NO PROFESSIONALISM… THE SURVEY DON’T DO ANYTHING CLEARLY BCUZ ALL OTHER CUSTOMER STATE THE SAME THING. THIS DUNKIN 7512 STORE#350901 Needs to Be CLOSED AND RETRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEE TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!. CUSTOMER SPENDING MONEY AT THIS LOCATION NEED TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!!!!

Very bad, I ordered a small coffee about 10 minutes ago got charged twice as much, when I checked the sticker on coffee, there was two, one under the other so they charged me for two coffees, I asked about the price and they just repeated the cost, I had to her to work but they charged me for two orders after peeling my tag revealing the second charge, but I had to get to work.
