The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Palm Beach . workers here always have attitudes, and they never have more than two varieties of donuts. They’ll Let you substitute a doughnut for the next and the next and the next until they finally tell you that they only have one variety.

God forbid you need to use a restroom in the early morning, they'll demand you buy something. I didn't. Godawful customer's service at its finest. This is why I usually go to Starbucks instead.

The young girl working a shift at 10:30- 11am in the drive thru was rushing us with a rude tone even though we were there less than a minute looking at the menu only to rush us up to the window to tell us to park on the side immediately for just a sandwich and drink.

I have gone there a handful of time and every single time I order it gets messed up or burnt and I ordered simple things like a toasted bagel, burnt Bacon egg and cheese wrap burns. There is never a line there you would think because they are fast and the customer service is good, but they’re extremely rude that I think people avoid going there.

I went to have breakfast and order an everything bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a stale old bagel . You have to things you sell donuts and bagels …. At least make sure you serve it fresh I had to throw it away ?
I went in with my toddler in my arms to ask for the bathroom key ( since they have them locked ) and they told me it’s for customers only. I can’t believe I would get told that my kid can’t use your bathroom because I didn’t purchase anything… who in their right mind would say that ?!
What the $&!? Is wrong with people ?
Clearly it’s for a child ! Not a homeless trying to shoot up some dope.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE WHOEVER RUNS THIS DUKIN SHOULD REALLY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location is hit or miss with their food. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant toasted.......... It wasn't toasted at all, this isn't the first time this has happened with them but it will be the last. I'm never going to this location again. I'll spend my money at a different location that prepares their food as requested.
