I've been to this location several times, and every time, they have gotten my order wrong. On my last visit, they didn't have my dozen donuts that I had ordered on the app ahead of time. It was my turn to bring the donuts to a meeting, and we were given what tasted like the day old donuts!
The half a dozen donuts that I got at this location today were icy cold like they were taken from the fridge. I tasted one - it did not smell or taste like freshly made donuts I often get from any other DD. A conversation with the manager was useless, I left the box on the counter and will never come back here.

10 stars to Linda who took the time to assess how she could help me have a Dunkin Day despite the fact my drink was made incorrectly. I'm happy to see a woman of color and intelligence at this location, finally!
Selena on the other hand, is always rude, in a rush, hard of hearing and hard to deal with. I stopped coming to this location because of Selena and I know for a fact my trip today would've ended terribly if I was at Selena 's mercy. Selena blames her attitude on her boss, smh. I hope her boss is reading this...

Terrible experience at this location! Ordered 2 decaf coffees ~ had to wait for a new pot since it was not made. It tasted so watered down and weak ~ added too much creamer. Brining it to their attention resulted in insults from staff! Something wrong with MY head because no one else ever complains! Asked for money back and was told no manager was on site to approve. Removed half the coffee in the cup and added more coffee ~ still tasted the same. Watery and weak. Ended up throwing it away ~ Never coming back to this location. Ever.
