I came through drive through this morning to grab the same coffee I always get. The cashier was rude and Indicated I asked for an iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. This cashier also made me wait over 15 minutes for a coffee and never bought it outside as she stated she would. She even tried to get her co-workers to state I ordered an iced coffee when I definitely did not. This woman ruined my morning and even screamed at me from the top of her lungs!! The disrespect is real. You don’t treat paying customers this way!! Do better Dunkin Donuts!!

They don't know how to deal with people they are too busy on the go orders you need to ask for them they're not laid out they'll let you stand there and wait for your order like if they're making it right they deal with three or four people and then remember they got more customers than just the window aren't they supposed to have a dedicated person to the front counter
