This place says $2 for a coffee on the menu mind you then go to pay it’s $5 for a basic coffee when I asked why did you charge me extra $3 for basic Hott coffee the employee laughed and said inflation. That’s not funny that’s false advertising and theft by Dunkin

The people that work at this location are very hard workers and try to get the coffee right every time. I’ve been using this Dunkin for 10 years and it has gotten so much better.

Parking: Parking is an easy in and easy out!

I’ve been going to the Dunkin for over 10 years. Since Neil has worked there, the coffee has been very consistent. The rest of staff is really great also very nice and very friendly and very accommodating.

Parking: Parking is fine everybody’s mostly in and out.

Kid-friendliness: This Dunkin, you can eat in and is very child friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: This Dunkin is very wheelchair accessible.

Avoid this dunkin' donuts at all cost! staff is terrible, they never give you what you're supposed to have, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant it came with little crumbled up bacon on it! Unbelievable how quick they want to take people's hard earn money and give them garbage. I will never go back and I guarantee you I am going to blow these people up social media wise. I will contact corporate and I'll blow them up on consumer affairs in the better Business bureau. Save your money! Go somewhere else.

Not sure why they hire incompetent , the guy at the drive thru holds up traffic doesn’t get your order right after repeating it 4 times to him and also likes to make racial profiling jokes. On top of that they are out of food ? Your guys are a breakfast fast food chain how can you possibly be out of anything at 8 in the morning? Worse $20 I’ve ever spent at any DD 👎🏼 Do Better !!

Please train employees to give customers their change. If they want a tip, here are a few, "Stop robbing people! Stop using drugs! Get 2 jobs! Get a college education or go to trade school! Learn about customer service!" Thank you.

I wish I caught her name, but apparently one of the “managers” loves disrespecting and arguing with customers. Completely unacceptable. I just wanted to order food. This job is a choice sis, if you can’t handle it then find something else. I’m fuming at this experience. Forget Dunkin.

Impressive, I shop here every day and they towed my car. Travis was rude and disrespectful to me. I think it's not fair to buy and have your car towed. A coffee cost me $200.

I had just gotten out of my vehicle when one of the workers came riding through on a scooter and very rudely said if I'm not a customer, they will tow my vehicle. I'm a big fan of dunkin, but if this is the customer service, I will not be visiting this location.

As someone who works in customer Service I’m very displeased overall with my experience I had today with the store. The woman who was working at the drive-through first started out very rude while I was ordering by talking to other employees on the headset saying to them “I don’t know why don’t you do something” As I pulled up to the drive-through window, I asked which it was, and she proceeded to look at me and say read it. Followed by handing me the wrong size and ingredients, maybe she should read it before handing it out since she tells customers to read it like they work there. This person was very rude and honestly should not be working at a drive-through if She’s going to have a job here. It really lowers the quality of the restaurant. I had my autistic brother right next to me and it kind of scared him. He started to stem out really bad. I will not be back to this location..
