Was cute on the inside... The parking lot is super small an inconvenient but I wasn't driving so it wasn't a problem for me ? I got a coolata an it was good at first it wasn't right but made it better no questions asked... Super friendly

I'm so freaking annoyed with this store. I can tell they are trying to get better, but they will need a whole new team to help out weigh all the bad. Attitude if they get a order wrong, more so one person . A tall black lady about in her 40s with long black and blonde braids/twist with glasses. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because I understand everyone has a bad day. But my review is after several visits, as I visit almost daily because it's close by. I go through the drive through, so then I have to park and go in. I'm always nice about it simple mistakes have simple solutions but when you don't even turn around and make eye contact to say good morning, keep in mind your just fixing the donuts. I've worked at dunkin before that's not a pressing task. You could have easily turned around and said good morning to a customer as they walk through the door. But now you make me feel like inconvenience because you guys got my order wrong. Trust my goal is to not come inside , I much rather get the correct order and go to work. But now I'm stuck at work still the wrong freaking order because I didn't check every item in my bag , I only noticed what was missing. Do better. Leave your attitude at home, this is a place of business.

This place is TERRIBLE! The staff is lazy and careless. The food was horrible. Handed me a stale bagel with one teaspoon of cream cheese. I can't say enough horrible things about this place, it's a joke and pathetic.

I have NEVER been to a Dunkin' where it has consistently taken over 15-30min (at times MORE) to get thru the drive thru. I have come to this location several times because I live so close to it. You are better off driving out of you way to another location. Most recent examples...this last Friday morning around 9am it took more than 15minutes to get thru 4 other cars just to place an order. After placing the order another 10minutes of wait time before I pulled out of line and just left. This morning around 10am it took 29minutes to get thru 6 cars. That was total time to be able to order then pick up at the window. In no way should a fast food drive thru take that long for simple orders. I observed several cars pulling out of line and just leaving. From my perspective it appeared that orders were being taken, fully filled, then tendered to the customer before moving on to take the next order. While the gal who was at the window was very pleasant it did not appear that anyone at this location had any urgency whatsoever. It's a shame because as a business they are loosing a ton of revenue operating this way. I'll be going to the northlake or blue heron location simply because I'll get in and out faster and back home before I would even get my order taken at this location!

Inside was closed at 545, when both online and on the window at the store it said nothing about being drive through only at any time. Everything said open until 7. If that's the policy it needs to be clear on Google, and especially on the door. I'm not sure of the policy, but without anything on the door it leads me to believe they just decided to close the inside just because.

Counter service is never open on time! Have been here on several occasions and they can never seem to open the doors until later in the morning. A lot of attitudes are also a big issue! Employees arguing in front of guests.

1 adult and 1 -16yo kid working on a busy taking care of drive thru, front counter and mobile orders... Management you're lucky you even have those people you need to hire another adult to work there on the weekends I don't know if you're trying to save money or what the story is but that is not right if I was that adult I probably would have walked out of there by now.
