I recently went into Dunkin with my children to order drinks+treats. We are new to the area. We were on foot and sat down when we got inside since I have the mobile app I just order on it and pick up drinks from the counter. After about 15 minutes one of the workers told me we can't sit in without ordering anything. I told them I mobile order it. They continue to act liking me and my children waiting was a problem because I never came to the counter and order. I was on the phone with my man and once he heard that he came right up there seeing we live walking distance from it and was on them. Long story short drinks were poorly made and took about 20 minutes to make š. My son was drinking straight syrup. Don't recommend.

Worst service in all dunking donuts in the area, the language barrier is beyond ridiculous and recently defrosted sandwiches are always cold in the middle of the contents plus the attitude leaves a lot to be desired, smh.

I usually come to this Dunkinā, but after today I wonāt be back. On Saturday, October 18th around 3:40 PM, a male employee (dark brown skin with a full beard) was rude, disrespectful, and even yelled at me just for politely asking to add more coffee since my drink looked white and tasted like milk. The woman working with him looked nervous and uncomfortable too, probably because of how he speaks to people. It was completely uncalled for ā he should not be in customer service. Iāll be going to Starbucks next door from now on.

I just went for a little stop while riding a scooter and the lady with a blue hijab, she didnāt understood anything about English, I told her ācan I just get a small donutā and just looked at me really confused, I repeated āsmall donutā and just went anywhere to grab anything small like a cake pop.. I lasted like 10 minutes only to get an donut and a iced chai bc she didnāt understood English

I used the drive thru at this DD & forgot to add ātater totsā so when I got to the window I asked if I could add that, the MANAGER was at the window taking the money. He added it as āmunchkinsā & asked how many I wanted ā¦? I said one order & how many come in an order anyway? He said as much as I wanted? So he added munchkins instead of tater tots so I corrected him & said, I donāt want donuts, I want ātater totsā to which he then got an attitude. He got my food & after I paid called me an idiot. ??? I said the same to him back after I wished him a good day. LOUSY & NASTY š¤® CUSTOMER SERVICE from a MANAGER who barely has any teeth & can barely be understood. NASTY personā¼ļø

Come here everyday to get my coffee. Today I asked for a powdered jelly donut. The lady charge me then when I get the bag I see is not powdered she gave me sugar donut. I asked for the powdered donut she said they donāt have. I asked her why you didnāt say you didnāt have I donāt want this. She kept talking to her coworker. I asked for my money back and she didnāt want it come back to the drive thru unacceptable.

It's an average Dunkins and I would give it a better review if not for a few employees. These two ladies wore the hijab and this is not directed to anything but their service. Unfortunately, they continuously misheard customers before me and myself. They seemed to extremely rush customers and paid no attention to simple gestures such as saying hello, have a good day, or putting the donut faced up in its bag. Furthermore they had no food prepared nor took the time to warm-up my mini bagels or the bagel that I didn't orderš¬. They did not complete the order of another customer and when given a chance to add the caramel drizzle the customer was missing, the customer was instead given a cup of caramel. Management should genuinely reconsider these ladies positions as a lack of patience will make sloppy work. I've already read other comments about their service and completely agree as these ladies would do better somewhere else at least if this Dunkin values the morale of its customers.

Warning stay away if you want a bad day with bad coffee that will make you want to punch everybody in the face! The coffee is giving unflavored color water. Thank God they aināt put sugar in it. š Also everybody rushes you through your order with bad attitudes. So if you come here be prepared for bad service with bad coffee.
