Story, I ordered on the app about 10 minutes before I got to the store. Walked into had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. A very short Indian lady came out the back. No apology no sorry for the wait. Someone came in after I was there. She went to help them. I told her that I was there 1st. She then tells me If don’t want to wait I can just leave. My order number was #7441 time 5:30 look at the cameras.
“Corporate office”
They need training and customer service skills.

Came in the afternoon for a donut and Salina was so rude when I came around to pay , I asked for napkins and she gave me my change on top of the napkins I asked for how dirty is that. She should’ve given me the change first and then the napkins I was nice enough to buy a donut after the fact she didn’t have none of the donuts I asked for vanilla cream or strawberry. I ended up getting what she had left & when u went around to pay she was very rude & gave me napkins with the money on top. How am I going to wipe my mouth after money has been on the napkins. Very uncomfortable. Not happy at all and I come to this place always

Just had the wildest experience at this Dunkin location. We ordered a medium iced macchiato, the woman taking our order repeated it back to us correctly. We get to the window and Salina handed us a large iced chai. No problem, we didn’t order that. We tried to let her know it was the incorrect coffee and she told us we were wrong and we would have to pay for another coffee. We explained we just wanted the macchiato we ordered and she raised her voice at us telling us we were wrong and a bunch of other things we couldn’t understand. Then I asked for a refund for just the coffee I ordered and she refused
This particular Dunkin needs a new strategy towards clients, and possibly a better crew training! And this is why: 1) When my daughter and I entered the store, nobody welcomed us (we were the only customers at the time); 2) the crew didn't pay attention to us while continuing service to the drive thru clients up until I waived at them; 3) after about 9 minutes of waiting, when I was almost ready to leave, they finally got my order; 4) attitude! Oh, boy! They gave it all! But if they just say, "I'm sorry, I will be right with you!" and smile - that would change everything! Smile, good service and kind attitude will make you to come back, but presently it's not the case here.
