The lady who makes sandwiches made out croissant really hard my son tooth getting ready to fall out and it hurt the roof of my mouth I had to get back out the car and ask the cashier to make the sandwich better. It came out better but then the sausage on the sandwich smelled sour I'm not sure if it was the egg or sausage. I got a sausage and egg croissant ... won't come back really no worries it's not a big deal some like it some don't. Next! At least she had a good attitude when I asked for fresh taters while waiting for her to remake sandwiches..🤷🏿‍♀️

this place never listens when you order. they are in a rush to take everyone’s order without listening correctly. every time i’ve went to this establishment they’ve never made my drink right even when i’ve repeated it multiple times and asked them to repeat my order back to me! this place needs to step it up and do better. wouldn’t recommend.

Worst Service EVER at a dunkin!!!!!!!
I sat at register for over 5mins with a line behind me while employee just kept looking at me not saying anything. I understand your busy and alone but the fact the you keep looking at me the register without acknowledging me or the other people in line is unprofessional and very fustrating. Then after i give up waiting for nothing and leave the line another employee comes put from the back with an attitude and claims she doesn’t care we are on her time. she looked like a little girl so I leave it be but lord have mercy on her little soul.

The person didn't speak a word of English. Messed up my order and then dug there the trash to dig it out to figure it out. Finally found the receipt after 6 trys and guess what? She didn't my order right. Could have saved time if she spoke English, she would have heard me say "I'm in a hurry, I'll just pay for the small black coffee". Ended up, paying for the small black coffee.....five minutes later. On the plus side, she did wash her hands!

Check this out. This is one place I will not recommend.Number one the employee at the window did not wear gloves when handling my drinkNumber two he acted stupid and dumb and pretended like he didn't know why I was upset.When I asked for my money back and just stood there acting like he didn't know what I was talking about well everybody else did.The managers who gave me a hard time about getting my money back because I didn't want to drink after the way he touched it with noGloves. Especially since his fingers went around the area where you sip your drink. I don't know where his hands have been. What a mess I will never go back even if you give me the stuff for free. I'd be afraid I'll catch a germ. I want to tell you the truth that place didn't look very clean to begin with.Do yourself a favor don't waste your time orappetite.
