This place is an absolute joke, if you want to order here, just go to a different location or go to Starbucks because they never have what you order and they offer no sort of compensation or room for adjustment in that It’s like no one there speaks English

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s and Starbucks but this Dunkin is outstanding! They always get my order right (unfortunately I’m a picky eater), always smile and greet me, and they even gave me some munchkins for my little munchkin ❤️ love it here!

I always go for curbside pick up. There’s only 1 person that does it correct by coming to my car. The rest doesn’t bother to read and see if it’s for curbside pick up or not. They expect you to come inside to get it. Other then that, good service

I asked for iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice. I saw the guy making the matcha. What they doing is put water with regular milk (more water) more the half and put just a little of almond milk. Since March 1 2025. They can’t charge extra money for almond milk and that kind of stuff. They don’t charge it. But this is what they do. I told the cashier he heard me and he as with attitude. Dunking Donuts getting worse every time

The service is really Bad i ordered a sandwich and the woman that attended me didnt put a paper tissue in the table to put the sandwich and the table was dirty. And also the woman needs to be more kinder and respectful i threw My sandwich because the table was dirty

The Crew are very nice to me all the time I come here but that manager is horrible she charge for no ice , she talks rude to her Crew in front of customers all the time . She always refused access to the bathroom to customers and never wants to give you refund every time you ask for your money back . Rolling her eyes all the time .

2nd time at this Dunkin and the ice tea has been horrible both times .It tastes like they don't clean their dispenser and when I opened the lid it smelled awful. Additionally they try to fill the whole cup with ice so you really get very little tea... for 3.00???? Really? Ordered the munchkins and asked if they had a certain kind, was told yes and after I paid then they started filling the box with everything but. "We don't have it" . Seriously? 0/10 do not recommend this location!
