I asked for iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice. I saw the guy making the matcha. What they doing is put water with regular milk (more water) more the half and put just a little of almond milk. Since March 1 2025. They can’t charge extra money for almond milk and that kind of stuff. They don’t charge it. But this is what they do. I told the cashier he heard me and he as with attitude. The service is really Bad i ordered a sandwich and the woman that attended me didnt put a paper tissue in the table to put the sandwich and the table was dirty. And also the woman needs to be more kinder and respectful i threw My sandwich because the table was dirty

The Crew are very nice to me all the time I come here but that manager is horrible she charge for no ice , she talks rude to her Crew in front of customers all the time . She always refused access to the bathroom to customers and never wants to give you refund every time you ask for your money back . Rolling her eyes all the time .

2nd time at this Dunkin and the ice tea has been horrible both times .It tastes like they don't clean their dispenser and when I opened the lid it smelled awful. Additionally they try to fill the whole cup with ice so you really get very little tea... for 3.00???? Really? Ordered the munchkins and asked if they had a certain kind, was told yes and after I paid then they started filling the box with everything but. "We don't have it" . Seriously? 0/10 do not recommend this location!

Haven't tried a dunkin in a long time, and unfortunately it was really bad. Doughnuts didn't seem fresh at all, not sure if all dunkin are like this now??

After finding out the manager was not in the bathroom all of the employees were stunned and nobody knew where they were. I left after waiting for 15 minutes for the manager who never showed up.

Dunkin Donuts always advertise it midnight coffee. I’ve had it yet, many of the stores including this one here never makes it . I went in here this morning and asked if they had it, the lady replied no. No one ever offered to make it. Why open if the entire menu isn’t available?

04/24/2024Every Wednesday, I stop at an establishment to buy 3/12 of donuts and coffee for our office. Since I was transferred from SWFL, I have been looking for a place that offers good service, variety, and cleanliness. Each of the places I've visited in the WPB area is worse than the last.Managers say they don't know where the coffee service is, or they don't use gloves when placing the donuts in the boxes. The price we pay is high for what we receive.
