First of all my coffee tasted like hot sugar water. One of my coffees was luke warm and when I addressed it with the MANAGER and the EMPLOYEE they got upset and sighed and threw their hands up. I assume they popped it in the microwave and gave it back saying that’s the best they could do. How is it you just opened and don’t have fresh coffee. Horrible service they need new management. If you’re that miserable stay home.

I visited this location and saw a single employee handling everything by himself, managing a line of cars and in-store customers without any help. He was doing his best to keep things moving, but this is just way too much for one person. Management doesn’t seem to care about their workers’ well-being or the stress they’re put under. No employee should be left in a position that’s overwhelming and unfair, especially when it could be easily prevented by scheduling more support. Supporting staff properly not only respects their effort but also ensures a better experience for everyone, from employees to customers. When workers are left alone during the busiest times, they’re set up to fail, leading to burnout, turnover, and longer wait times that drive customers away.

don't even bother coming here. i'm in the drivethru, i ordered 6 munchkins (2 pumpkin 2 glazed 2 chocolate) and a wake up wrap. She tells me they have no more glazed so I said OK I'll take the other 4. I finally get to the window 15 minutes later and she tells me we actually don't have any munchkins, so I said OK I'll just take the wrap. she then tells me it's five dollars and change and I know a wake up wrap is only three dollars and change and she said oh you wanted a wrap I rang you up for a sandwich. Then I sat there for another 15 minutes with six people behind me while she warmed up one wake up wrap. what took so long? I have no idea there must be only two people working there. How does Dunkin' Donuts not have any munchkins at 2 o'clock on a Sunday? And the only item she did have, she got wrong. never again.

I come almost every mornings for a hot medium coffee or like today I got a large frozen Coffee .. and it was DELICIOUS & PERFECT.. the ladies every morning are always nice … Mobile order for Tony .. and their response is always “come to the next window babe or honey” I love .. it makes me feel appreciated .. Give those ladies a RAISE LOL ?
