Awful location . The morning shift lady is terrible at her job. Consistently charging things that we did not order and always somehow making it super complicated to order.
The morning shift is unprofessional. I made an online order that was specifically for that address. It took the money out of my account but It never sent me the confirmation for the order. I pulled in the drive thru and states the name and what my order was and the Indian lady refused to give me what I ordered all because I wasn’t able to show her the confirmation but I told her and showed her they took the money from my account. And I have yet to receive a refund. Never again.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! The manager is unprofessional and degrades not only customer but employees. He gets extremely defensive if he gets the order wrong and refuses to fix the issue at hand. Spills coffee everywhere because he’s so flustered then makes 20 ppl wait until he done cleaning it up instead of asking others for help he yells at them to go away. I will never go to this place again. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and the worst place I have ever been. Save your money and give it to businesses who have the professionalism for their employees and customers.
The worse donuts there is! they ignore mobile order drinks and they only have one person in line takes 30 minutes to get a sandwich and two coffees. It was like their first time making a coffee. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but I never have a good experience there. Jokes on me thinking it would change.

Told me they needed a manager to be able to sell me a cup of milk. And refused to sell me a cup of milk. My espresso was cold and so were my loaded hash browns. This dunkin is no longer worth stopping at.

I honestly love this location. I typically preorder on the app and pick it up through drive thru. It’s always so quick and accurate! Shout out to the awesome team who keeps me runnin on Dunkin!!

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. The mornings are managed by Shanaz Ali, who has displayed some of the most unprofessional, hostile behavior I have ever encountered in a customer service establishment. Her conduct is not only shockingly rude and aggressive toward customers, but several employees also told me the way she does treat them.
What’s even more alarming is the consistent issue with undercooked food being served. I personally received raw food, which is completely unacceptable and poses a potential health hazard. The lack of quality control and basic customer service standards is disgraceful.
This establishment should be thoroughly investigated, if not shut down entirely. It is absolutely appalling that someone with such poor interpersonal skills and disregard for food safety is in a managerial position. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and strongly urge that Shanaz Ali be immediately removed from her role. This level of negligence and disrespect cannot be allowed to continue.

Great drive through service
walked in with a mobile order. Saw it on the counter (just the slip). The guy waited on everyone who walked in the door after me that didn't have a mobile order. After about 10 minutes I asked him for my order. He kept waiting on everyone who walked in. I finally told him that I was there long before them and wanted my coffee. Such a waste of time!!

I'm a regular on the weekends, but not anymore. I'm sick of the lady screaming at me over the intercom, if you've been here you know what I'm talking about. She gets my order wrong half the time, today she told me to stop ordering so she could talk to someone else in the middle of my order. When it went silent I asked if I continue and she told me no, you're done. I told her I'm not done ordering and she said okay then what else. When I pull up to the second window she only gave me half the order, charged me for everything, and told me thats all. I'm sick of contesting it so I just drove off. Never again, was a mistake to keep coming here anyways.

indian lady wasnt polite even though we were. she seems to get angry if you are ordering anything more than a coffee. gave us half our food and 1 of 4 drinks. we decided it wasnt worth complaining about because she threw the food into our car.

Now I love Dunkin’ Donuts and have been to many but none compares to the amazing experience I’ve had at this location especially from the manager Hadeem . So nice and kind. I had a question about my rewards on the app and he was super helpful. Definitely will be back to this location !! Thank you again
