5 people in the store, no service, no come to the front but you can see them laughing and making jokes among themselves another guy came to pick up an uber order half was done he couldn't get service either the manager canceled the uber order cause he just couldn't get it

If I could give this place a zero I would. It was rushed. We initially didn’t get our complete order and still didn’t get everything in the end. The croissant sandwich was burnt to a crisp and we received no avocado toast. I would never visit this location again.

Don’t go here. I saw two workers with hair down their legs working here with no hairnets. I watched their hair touch multiple donuts on display. I about gagged. Imagine what else their hair has touched? Get it together dunkin!!!!Not my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. The line is always very long no matter if you’re in the drive thru or go inside. I wouldn’t recommend. Brooklyn water bagel across the street next to homegoods is much better.

Fiance just left dunkin for his lunch break and his food taste like cleaning supplies. Ridiculous! And absolutely disgusting. Hope they realize they can get someone super sick not cleaning off whatever cleaning solutions they are using before putting food on that

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ in the area. Two days in a row I ordered munchkins for my students through Uber Eats and they shorted me half the donuts both times. I ordered 100 of them yesterday and only received 50 and today I ordered 50 and only received 25.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….. the older guy working at the register,has no patients, my food was wrong,I tried to call them,the phone was off the hook,I wasted my money on the wrong food,AND NO IT was not even busy..it was 1 person already getting their food and me…I asked for a croissant,bacon,cheese NO EGG ..I got a dry bagel,egg and cheese and bacon..it was for my client…
