I ordered Dunkin in the BP Gas Station through the mobile app by accident. I called the Dunkin in the BP Gas Station because I wouldn't be there for an hour. The Service Representative Shameka reassured me that it was not a problem and that she will make my order when I come in. She has a great customer service voice on the phone and even better in person. Fantastic employee!She is very welcoming and wholesome person. We sat and had our drinks/donuts in the dining room which was kept well.

Horrible location, I stood there for five minutes, while two employees were behind the counter. One of them acknowledged me at the register and never came to take my order. Not even a “gimme a minute”. Just got ignored.

I ordered on door dash and the number you all have on there is out of service.. The number you have on google NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. Not even to put me on hold. THAT’S RIDICULOUS!!

Go too a main Dunkin donuts place for cheaper prices

So this was my first morning, knowing that Dunkin' Donuts made bagels I do not eat at Dunkin' Donuts at all, but Einstein Brothers was not open yet I go in to this establishment and I ask this young lady if you guys make your bagels fresh she says yes I am not quite sure. I do not believe that they are fresh. She said want me to make you a great sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I said that sounds amazing she microwaved it!!!!Are you out of your damn mind you don't microwave a bagel I don't know what kind of culinary school you need to go to to realize this I even gave her a tip should've waited until she gave me the food. This is exactly why I don't eat at Dunkin' Donuts. Good thing I went to Einstein Brothers immediately afterwards before I tried to Dunkin' Donuts because I knew I was not gonna get a good breakfast and I wanted to be prepared before I took the drive home… Street garbage

The same donuts etc. but in a gas station on Okeechobee Blvd. Service was slow because the wife of the owner had to stop reading to assist me. Each donut cost $1.59 I guess because 4 of them cost about $6.40. Not a clean or inviting atmosphere.

Lazy and not accurate

Food was much better than most Dunkin'This was surprising. The eggs sausage and cheese croissants were cooked nicely. Tasty. This Dunkin' is it a gas station and the bathroom is disgusting.
