So this morning I pull up to a blacked out screen January 16th at 6:30 am 2026 every morning i come here never had that just black out screen ok so I see people still driving up so thinking they are just ordering with the ladie face to face maybe it's broken the ladie tell me that I now have to drive back around in line because somehow I'm supposed to no that I must order from a black screen refuses to take my order the line is now 8 people deep and now I have to leave because I'll be late for work very very unprofessional I've never heard of that in my entire life how about sorry for the inconvenience what can i get for you??? Why argue about it how is anyone supposed to know that worst costumer service.

In all fairness underaged kids are running the stores especially when managers leave around lunch time. I come here every so often trying to give them another chance but every time my order is wrong. Just went through the drive thru this evening and I order a blueberry breeze refresher, I get a whole different drink I didn’t order let alone the kid at the window has on beat headphones. I wouldn’t be able to hear the people over the music either. They remake the same exact drink after I went back to get my right order and hands me my drink with my straw in his hand. Doesn’t give me a new straw?? I used to work for Dunkin and let me just say after rush hour it’s not that busy.

Every time I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts, the service is consistently warm and courteous. The team is friendly, they move with purpose, and even during the early morning rush they still take the time to treat you with real customer care. My order is accurate and the service is quick.
My only quarrel is the marquee light. It’s always off, and in those early morning hours it’s so dark pulling in that you could honestly miss the place if it wasn’t for the gas station’s lighted marquee next door. A simple fix would make a big difference.
Overall, the staff is OUTSTANDING and the service keeps me coming back and bypassing other dunkindonuts shops along the way.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Lala, one of the friendliest and most genuine employees I’ve ever met at Dunkin’. Every ti I come in, she greets me with a smile, remembers my order, and brings such positive energy that it immediately brightens my day.Her customer service is effortless — fast, kind, and always consistent. You can tell she truly caresabout the people who walk through so the door. It’s rare to find someone who can make your morning coffee run feel a little more personal, but Lala does exactly that.

Over & over & over again they get our morning order WRONG! Today again, no sugar in the coffee (we ordered a tall with cream and 6 sugars) and two bagels toasted with butter (not toasted and no butter & ONLY ONE BAGEL). This. Dunkin Donuts. Is. Simply. Incompetent.

just ordered food for my family. Got home and one of the sandwiches doesn’t have a top. Tried calling several times, but they ignore the phone and refused to answer.
Workers here are very nice. Convenient location but day or night they never have donuts in stock!!

Don't bother ordering online at anytime of the day. Your order will never be ready when you get there, not even thirty minutes later, and don't expect any employee to greet you or acknowledge your presence for the first 25 minutes.

Took 20 mins to get our order in drive thru. They cheated there time and made us pull around back waited there for another 10 min and didn't start our order till my husband walked in there leaving our wait time 30 mims and we were all late to work and school. Then had an attitude with us sayimg we had a big order when we had 3 drinks 2 sandwhiches and a donut. Very rude and disrespectful and no consideration for people's time will never go back to this dunkin donuts

23 minute wait for 2 sausage wraps

Something broke at this place sometime in May or June. The services used to be quality and fast. Not since May or June. This morning, I ordered an extra-large coffee and sausage wrap. I used a stopwatch. There was 1 car in front of me when I finished placing my order. The order in front of me was 1 drink. It took over 2 minutes for me to get my coffee. They asked me to pull up and wait for my sausage wrap. I left because I did not have time. Something is broken. It is faster for me to drive out of my way to get coffee than to stop here.
