Dunkin'

This is the 3rd time experiencing poor service and product within a week timeframe. I order frozen coffee each morning and if it doesn't take 10-12 minutes to receive it then the coffee itself it's horrible. Today I'm unable to drink it because it's full of ice chunks and lacks coffee. I'm very disappoint to say the least after giving them the benefit of the doubt from last week.

Stood in there for 5 minutes at the counter. All the employees walked past me, made eye contact and proceeded to be completely ignored me. So unprofessional.

I made an order through the drive thru, there must be something wrong with the intercom because the cashier could not understand what I was saying. I had to repeat myself 3 times. The hash browns and sandwich were mid, and my coffee was terrible.

Absolutely horrible Dunkin location avoid at all costs it took me 20 minutes to get some hash browns and a coffee, they gave me no napkins and were extremely rude

Went there at 7:20 they close at 8 o’clock. I try to order a croissant with cheese and hashbrowns and they said that they’re closing. They don’t have any food right now. All they got is a couple of donuts. Not sure why you close at eight you should close at 7 o’clock then, sure the managers will not be happy that you’re turning away money

SO SLOW !!!!! Omg !!!

Attitude attitude attitude…placed a mobile order for only an espresso. Took 22 minutes to receive. Person with me mobile ordered 5 minutes after me but received his beverage 5 minutes before me. Also, many orders were taken & filled from walk-ins while I watched & waited. Asked for my order many times & received lots of attitude. Can’t wait for SBUX to open

RUBBER PARTICLES IN DRINK!!
My drink had rubber particles and made me sick. It was frozen and didn’t become visible until It was melted and drank 2/3 of it. This was completely unacceptable. After complaining to the staff, they dismissed my complaint and offered to make the drink again, using the same dirty machine that was used for the first drink.

Ordered a Carmel macchiato and it literally tastes like ICED STRAIGHT bitter BLACK COFFEE. Label says coffee, cream, sugar. Either they don’t listen or don’t care? Probably both. Sad. Do not recommend.

This is by far the most awful job I’ve had in my life. As a previous employee of this specific store. They abuse minors and allow sexual harassment to happen. The only repercussions people get for harassment is a slap on the wrist. It has been a year since I’ve worked here, but I know many kids who work at this store, and they over work and undermine their concerns. This entire store is run by minors with an adult never in sight. The manager blatantly steals tips from these kids and refuses to give them correct money on their checks. This place is awful. And I do NOT recommend supporting the numbers and ratings for this store.Lastly to Shirley and Steve,You’re both disgusting human beings and should try watching who you hire to run your stores (because they are stealing your money)-thank you
