Took 20 mins to get our order in drive thru. They cheated there time and made us pull around back waited there for another 10 min and didn't start our order till my husband walked in there leaving our wait time 30 mims and we were all late to work and school. Then had an attitude with us sayimg we had a big order when we had 3 drinks 2 sandwhiches and a donut. Very rude and disrespectful and no consideration for people's time will never go back to this dunkin donuts

23 minute wait for 2 sausage wraps

Something broke at this place sometime in May or June. The services used to be quality and fast. Not since May or June. This morning, I ordered an extra-large coffee and sausage wrap. I used a stopwatch. There was 1 car in front of me when I finished placing my order. The order in front of me was 1 drink. It took over 2 minutes for me to get my coffee. They asked me to pull up and wait for my sausage wrap. I left because I did not have time. Something is broken. It is faster for me to drive out of my way to get coffee than to stop here.

To the employee with the need to comment because I politely asked for a full latte and not one under filled 2” below the cup line. The individual who then decided to fill up the cup with tepid milk and regular drip coffee while mumbling under their breath and made it their mission to say something aloud….

I brought back food because it was ice cold and the hashbrowns were crumbled and little pieces asked the manager to do remake she did. I got back out, and it looked like she had given me the same order.

Very personable staff. My order was made correctly even w/ the correct alterations. Inside was clean enough; not the best but far from the worst.
But that drive-thru. It's a loop-de-loop. Totally fine if all the drivers are courteous and respectful. But every so often you get a driver who screws it up for EVERYONE and it becomes an all around bad situation for everyone.

Usually a great experience. However, this morning a newer employee told me there was no money on a gift card I know for a fact had $6 left on it. My order total was $4.50. I gave the drive thru cashier a real credit card that I rarely use just to keep things moving. Big mistake! about an hour later that same card was charged $50 for some cleaning service in West Palm and at the same time I was driving about 3 cities away (Boynton Beach). I had to dispute the charge, lock the card, and etc. etc. all because of some fraudulent behavior I suspect was this newer cashier, because my card wasn't used by me anywhere else that morning. Be careful and get your receipt for all purchases, no matter how small.

Guest area passable lite trash and coffee spills, was never greeted, restroom was neat. Made order on kiosk, person working never look at the ticket. I asked if there were more doughnuts because the display was kind of empty, employee points to 2 racks, basically saying there, you happy? (My interpretation) waited about 20 min for 3 hash brown and a side bacon. Said employee brought order dropped it on the counter never looked up, made me a little skeptical in the order. The 2 racks of doughnuts was just out in the open, like one I could literally touch if I wanted to. What stopped me from getting any doughnuts was not the racks but that there were several Flys flying around

Definitely not open at 5 am. Waste of time for those who work early. Sat in drive thru with 5 other cars for 10+ mins. After no movement/lights on in the building, we all left.

This is the 3rd time experiencing poor service and product within a week timeframe. I order frozen coffee each morning and if it doesn't take 10-12 minutes to receive it then the coffee itself it's horrible. Today I'm unable to drink it because it's full of ice chunks and lacks coffee. I'm very disappoint to say the least after giving them the benefit of the doubt from last week.

Stood in there for 5 minutes at the counter. All the employees walked past me, made eye contact and proceeded to be completely ignored me. So unprofessional.

I made an order through the drive thru, there must be something wrong with the intercom because the cashier could not understand what I was saying. I had to repeat myself 3 times. The hash browns and sandwich were mid, and my coffee was terrible.

Absolutely horrible Dunkin location avoid at all costs it took me 20 minutes to get some hash browns and a coffee, they gave me no napkins and were extremely rude
