As you can see by my photo I have a brown substance in my cream cheese as well as a sesame seed and poppy seeds in the spread on a PLAIN bagel.I come to this dunkin several times a week because the staff is really kind but needles to say I wasted my money today. Please clean your knives. To have this many items in a cream cheese spread including one that can’t be identified is nasty and some people have allergies to things like poppy seeds so there’s also that.
Drive thru is always very busy in the AM's. There is a weird opening in the drive thru that has a "do not enter" sign, but people still use it to cut the line which increases the stress and wait time. Inside, the experience is much better. The staff is friendly and competent.

But that drive-thru. It's a loop-de-loop. Totally fine if all the drivers are courteous and respectful. But every so often you get a driver who screws it up for EVERYONE and it becomes an all around bad situation for everyone.
