As you can see by my photo I have a brown substance in my cream cheese as well as a sesame seed and poppy seeds in the spread on a PLAIN bagel.I come to this dunkin several times a week because the staff is really kind but needles to say I wasted my money today. Please clean your knives. To have this many items in a cream cheese spread including one that can’t be identified is nasty and some people have allergies to things like poppy seeds so there’s also that.
Drive thru is always very busy in the AM's. There is a weird opening in the drive thru that has a "do not enter" sign, but people still use it to cut the line which increases the stress and wait time. Inside, the experience is much better. The staff is friendly and competent.
UPDATE TO AN OLD REVIEW: I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times in the last month and I’m happy to say my experience has improved. I don’t want to fully remove the prior review, but I do want to acknowledge that the new staff are a lot kinder and more enthusiastic than the previous staff and have made the experience astronomically better.
