Consistency 5 days in a row. My coffee looked the same, which is difficult amongst other Dunkin stores. Speedy service even at 8 am. Worth driving further for the accuracy. And great customer service.

Stopped by this Dunkin’ today as I often do and was incredibly impressed by the team and management! There was a small hiccup with my order, but their response was fast, professional, and friendly. The way they handled it showed outstanding teamwork and leadership. Five stars all around. Fantastic job!

With tight parking an employee parks across 2 to 3 parking spots each. Why?

Bacon was uncooked coffee was supposed to be sweet. Neither coffee was sweet.
I'm an average once a week minimum Dunkin' donut customer and always order the same thing every time( see pic for a small sample of transactions) it's very annoying when I get to the window and receive my drink that I ordered and it doesn't have everything that I asked when ordering and then I get attitude from the employees at the window like it's something I forgot to tell them instead of something they forgot to do it doesn't happen often but when it does it's very annoying and unfortunately it happens at this location often. I do my best to avoid this place because of that. Just once I would like to get up to the window let them know that they forgot an ingredient and have them apologize for missing the ingredient and not give me a dirty look for inconveniencing them because they were not fully listening to my drive-thru order..

When you hand the red head the actual receipt with the order on it, explain kindly the mistake, and they still get it wrong and she thinks yelling at you that said something you never said..... I'll pay more and head down the street to Starbucks. There is always an issue with the orders here anyways, and they usually fix it, but now to raise your voice at me? I feel bad for the owner but I won't be back.
