I walked in at 7:00 a.m. this morning to get my order free employees including the owner nobody acknowledged me walking in nobody acknowledged me standing there my order wasn't ready and finally when I picked it up I still wasn't talk to I'm very disappointed I hope this goes to corporate

Best around

The best Dunkin by far out of the many I visit throughout Palm Beach County. The staff there get to know your order, and customer service (unlike some, ok, most, of the other branches) is outstanding! They have fresh doughnuts throughout the whole day, and I've never had an issue with the bathroom there, despite multiple other negative reviews, toilet paper always stocked, soap always stocked, paper towels always stocked (which I much prefer to hand dryers). I'll actually drive out of my way and take a detour just to be able to go to this branch!

Andy, the owner, tried to lie and keep my food when I asked if he could process a refund after the app mistakenly put my order through far away. I think he didn't think I'd come all the way there. What pics poor service. He also just hung up on me when I first called to ask so I had to call back. Unprofessional.

This was my first time here and as soon as I opened the door I was smacked in the face with some horrible burning smell. The store wasn’t very clean at all and one of the workers was chillin on her phone at the counter. I was very unimpressed with this location and customer service at 9am. If they have time to sit on their phones why can’t they take that time they’re getting paid to maybe clean up a little bit.
