I had to walk from a nearby dealership to grab a coffee because the machine was down and this Dunkin didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly even though it was prime time and they had a dozen teenagers loudly messing around in there. My heart goes out to them as a former High School employee. They worked fast though, got my order perfectly and got me out the door in no time, give them all a raise!

I have been coming here every morning before work for quite a while now. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The food and beverages are almost always made correctly. What I want to comment mostly about today is that this week, the snackin' bacon has been absolutely perfect! Whoever is in charge of making it, please continue to keep them doing it, and have them teach all the other employees how to as well. I have been to many DD's, and this one by far is the most consistent with not only the snackin' bacon, but with all their other food and drink items that I order; sweet tea, hot french vanilla latte, wake up wraps, and the snackin' bacon. At other DD's the bacon is never cooked, and sometimes even served cold. Thanks for doing a great job, and thanks for being so sweet and friendly every time!

Everybody knows that America runs on Duncan well guess what so do I is great doesn't wake up rap bacon egg and cheese $2.50 and then we have I get a large iced coffee wee French vanilla extra cream extra sugar less feeling taste great. And definitely a lot of customer at least to four days a week American runs dunkin'donuts. and it's very affordable breakfast always fresh or not

I went through the Drive Thru & ordered an iced chai with almond milk. The chai was definitely made with whole milk & when I asked the lady working the drive thru if it was made me almond milk she gave me a nasty look & said yes. This is not the first time this location has put whole milk in my latte when I ordered almond milk, could be very dangerous for customers with lactose intolerance. The chai also had an AWFUL taste. Almost like rotten milk. I also smelled the drink & it smelled HORRIBLE. Not sure if the chai syrup was spoiled or the milk was but definitely will not be returning.

Passing by and stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They were both great. The place could certainly use a good cleaning as there was a lot of dusty machine tops and such.

There were roaches, no clean place to sit, and I had a female emergency and saw that the bathroom had no toilet paper and they were so understaffed (only 2 people at the windows and no one at the registers) that it took over 10 minutes for them to get me toilet paper as I was trying not to make a bloody mess everywhere.

Walked in at 12:50 pm walked out at 12:54 pm. Two employees, one customer at window and nobody but me inside. Heard employee say “there’s a customer” and yet nobody came to register. I left. This has happened too many times at this establishment. Will not try again.

Service is horrible every time I go, normally I’ll just excuse it but this time the lady at the drive through literally just blew me off and shoved my drink and food to me not even a hi or anything not one word. Also one of my drinks was supposed to have no ice but when I got there it had ice in it so I asked if I got the wrong order and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Will never be spending my money there again
