Passing by and stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They were both great. The place could certainly use a good cleaning as there was a lot of dusty machine tops and such.

There were roaches, no clean place to sit, and I had a female emergency and saw that the bathroom had no toilet paper and they were so understaffed (only 2 people at the windows and no one at the registers) that it took over 10 minutes for them to get me toilet paper as I was trying not to make a bloody mess everywhere.

Walked in at 12:50 pm walked out at 12:54 pm. Two employees, one customer at window and nobody but me inside. Heard employee say “there’s a customer” and yet nobody came to register. I left. This has happened too many times at this establishment. Will not try again.

Service is horrible every time I go, normally I’ll just excuse it but this time the lady at the drive through literally just blew me off and shoved my drink and food to me not even a hi or anything not one word. Also one of my drinks was supposed to have no ice but when I got there it had ice in it so I asked if I got the wrong order and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Will never be spending my money there again
Cream in coffee every day lately taste sour. Have to go elsewhere. They are not doing things right or they simply changed their cream for coffee. Cream is thick and tastes off. It used to be a good cup of coffee on way to work but no more. Also more than once received unwarned and very cold egg wraps.

Went the other day via drive through. I ordered and the food wasn’t prepared when I drove up so they told me to go park and they will bring it out to me. I waited about 5 minutes and they finally brought the 2 wake-up wraps out. I drove off and gave the wraps to my kids. Both wraps were burnt to a crisp and were not edible. The person who microwaved them to death had to have seen this and decided to serve it anyways. Very poor quality control at this location.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts! Avocado toast tasted fishy, hash browns tasted like cleaning supplies and hot chocolate tasted like water. I’ve never experienced this at any other Dunkin’ Donuts. Terrible, absolutely terrible.
