I love Dunkin’ and their Refreshers ! I buy one everyday sometimes twice . Out of all the Dunkin’s I go too , this one is always welcoming especially by the manager . I haven’t had a bad experience yet . I would also like to say going into the 2025 I love seeing the diversity of employees and I hope you continue to support the Latin community being your top consumers !!

Ridiculous.. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my online order in a uncrowded store.and when we asked about where it was. They said why didn't you ask us to make it? I have been coming here forever. And the place has gone downhill. There use to be a girl named N'kya here who was the only one who would ever do anything right. But I haven't seen her and I won't be back. Horrible Horrible service. They were too busy talking to do their jobs. Order placed at 11:16 Got order at 11:55

Just went to this location there was nobody at the register 2 minutes later the girl comes in from the side door on her phone, she was talking still on the phone I asked her if she was going to take my order and she immediately started getting smart and being disrespectful, there was another customer behind me who cannot believe and even told her that she was being very rude and unprofessional and she kept going on and on about how she didn't care and so forth there was absolutely no Management in the store it took me 10 minutes total to get my coffee

Why do they make people uncomfortable? It seems they hate customers every time someone shows up at the store.
