if i could leave zero stars i would, my order was completely soaked in my hot chocolate bag and all, i was told that the store could not re deliver my order due to the store being busy and that the store has to prioritize the store customers rather than dealing and helping with mobile orders.

Worst Dunkin Ever!!! Coffee is horrible. Everything tastes like water! I’ve tried a couple times now and every time disappointed

Extremely rude, had my dog in my car so my cousin was waiting with her. There was a boy training and confused. His trainer came over rang me up individually for 6 donuts and when I said oh it’s okay if you have to charge me like that I’ll just take out the specialty donut because she deleted the half dozen he rang in and rang it in all separately. I was polite with the boy I said it’s okay I’ll substitute it but she took over got my drink order and when I was waiting for my receipt to print she said to me “um you can go over there” in an extremely rude and harsh tone. I don’t take well to disrespect and to keep classy I swapped my cousin out to sit in the car with my dog. He goes in and she goes on to tell him a rant about me and how I “don’t want to show my face” he waited until later to tell me because he knew I’d go back in. I don’t recommend this place at all. Dunkin is one of my favorite places to go as I used to manage one I like to go in and try seasonal items and get a drink here and there. But let me just say whoever the management at this location is needs to reprimand her behavior and if she is a manager she needs to rethink her career choice.

I love Dunkin’ and their Refreshers ! I buy one everyday sometimes twice . Out of all the Dunkin’s I go too , this one is always welcoming especially by the manager . I haven’t had a bad experience yet . I would also like to say going into the 2025 I love seeing the diversity of employees and I hope you continue to support the Latin community being your top consumers !!

Ridiculous.. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my online order in a uncrowded store.and when we asked about where it was. They said why didn't you ask us to make it? I have been coming here forever. And the place has gone downhill. There use to be a girl named N'kya here who was the only one who would ever do anything right. But I haven't seen her and I won't be back. Horrible Horrible service. They were too busy talking to do their jobs. Order placed at 11:16 Got order at 11:55
