went for a $6 meal deal got charged $9 i went inside because i never got a recepit thinking it was in my bag and the employees look fed up because i asked for a receipt. I get its just $3 but its the principal that matters and especially when the employee has a nasty attitude and looks like she doesnt want to be there

ODIE THE MANAGER, is the worst manager Dunkin doughnuts coulda hired, I’ve been going to Dunkin doughnuts forever and never came across Dunkin ran like this , he is definitely not for the people. He’s rude , not polite, and definitely shouldn’t be a manager. I’ve had nothing but good things to Say about Dunkin and I know they get busy, but the way this manager runs the store and the way he treats people he should definitely not be a manager !

This location has come a long way. They are fast and efficient. This location is always busy, but they do an excellent job moving the drive-thru line. This is my go-to spot when I'm in the area, which is often.
Time says they close at 8pm but they were closed at 7:30pm . Lights off & intercom not on I see someone counting in the back & would not say anything . You guys need to change ur time if people are going to close up earlier to clean .

I am a regular customer from PBI .The staff are inpolite. Very bad service especially the afternoon shift . The drive through was not busy at all but the service was very disappointing and especially the girl with Curly hair . She was very rude and not friendly at all . She should be fired .

I just watched a young woman in her Dunkin' doughnuts uniform go to the bathroom and come out and return to work without washing her hands. Management needs to retrain their staff immediately before someone gets violently ill, or they get reported to the health inspector and shut down. SO GROSS!!!

Horrible service...they put my strawberry glazed doughnut upside down in the bag so all the icing is stuck to bag and they dumped and entire can of black pepper on the bacon....horrible!
