ODIE THE MANAGER, is the worst manager Dunkin doughnuts coulda hired, I’ve been going to Dunkin doughnuts forever and never came across Dunkin ran like this , he is definitely not for the people. He’s rude , not polite, and definitely shouldn’t be a manager. I’ve had nothing but good things to Say about Dunkin and I know they get busy, but the way this manager runs the store and the way he treats people he should definitely not be a manager !

This location has come a long way. They are fast and efficient. This location is always busy, but they do an excellent job moving the drive-thru line. This is my go-to spot when I'm in the area, which is often.

Time says they close at 8pm but they were closed at 7:30pm . Lights off & intercom not on I see someone counting in the back & would not say anything . You guys need to change ur time if people are going to close up earlier to clean .

I am a regular customer from PBI .The staff are inpolite. Very bad service especially the afternoon shift . The drive through was not busy at all but the service was very disappointing and especially the girl with Curly hair . She was very rude and not friendly at all . She should be fired .

I just watched a young woman in her Dunkin' doughnuts uniform go to the bathroom and come out and return to work without washing her hands. Management needs to retrain their staff immediately before someone gets violently ill, or they get reported to the health inspector and shut down. SO GROSS!!!

Horrible service...they put my strawberry glazed doughnut upside down in the bag so all the icing is stuck to bag and they dumped and entire can of black pepper on the bacon....horrible!

A bee got inside the restaurant, a gentlemen and i were trying to get coerce it out the door and one of the female workers walks ovor with a book and smashed the bee. They are endangered. That was illegal. I will be notifying the authorities.

I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at Dunkin', 2050 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. I stopped in to enjoy a coffee after a rough day, but instead, I was met with terrible customer service.
As soon as I walked in, the music was blasting at an uncomfortably loud volume—not something you’d expect in a place like Dunkin'. When the employee finally acknowledged me, she had an attitude right from the start. I still placed my order and sat down to enjoy my coffee—something I always look forward to.
Only a few minutes later, the same employee approached me with a broom in hand and said, “You have to go, we are closed.” I was surprised, because it was 6:30 p.m., and their website clearly says they close at 8:00 p.m. I politely said, “Sorry, I didn’t know,” but instead of offering a respectful response, she repeated that they were closed and continued sweeping near me with a clear attitude.
I understand that sometimes managers aren’t aware of what happens on the floor, and that’s exactly why honest reviews matter. I don’t often write reviews like this, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. It’s upsetting when employees lack basic professionalism and treat customers as if they don’t matter.
This isn’t about coffee—it’s about how people are treated. I hope the management at this location takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I have been going to this location for 10 plus years. This location has gone way down hill. Today was the last straw. The coffee is not coffee. Its water and stale cream. They always ask do you want a shot of espresso. No did I ask for that. I get the same thing every day and it’s always horrible. I have no idea why I keep going back but today I found brown substance in my cream cheese on my bagel. This location is extremely dirty and the food is compromised. I cannot recommend this location buyer beware
