I never had a bad experience at this location, but on 2/18/25 I went through drive-thru to order around 6am and was rushed and disrespected by one of the workers. Her name is Micaela, and she is a short Hispanic young lady who decided to rush me on my order and stated "Any else ?, I need you to pull up to the window" and kindly responded, "No give me a minute". then she rudely said "Ok i need you to go to the window because of my timer" At that point she had already got me mad and couldn't wait one minute for me to look at the menu, especially with no car behind me. It was ONLY 6AM, there was no reason to rush someone that early. then after pulling up to the window, she proceeds with her attitude. very unprofessional, if you have the energy in the morning to argue with someone, ASK FOR HER!

Service is horrible, I always order the same thing, and it's always different. Medium latte, Less Ice, 1 Splenda. I get too much ice, little milk, one small shot espresso or drip coffee, and too much Splenda. Never consistent. I go back inside to have order fixed and the manager charges me extra, because I have less ice and more milk to take the same I need to pay for extra shot. My understanding is 1 shot for small, 2 shots for medium, 3 shots for large. But they each do thier own thing. It doesn't matter what the paying customer wants. If a person is diabetic and can't have more than one Splenda they don't care they will put 2 or more and even sugar. I was charged almost $7 to get the drink that I normally pay $5 at other Dunkin Donuts. Starbucks is always consistent and I never have issues, it's unfortunate that they have only Dunkin at the airport waiting Cell lot.

Horrible Service at Dunkin' Donuts – Avoid This Location! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location in West Palm Beach. It was a rainy day, and my family and I decided to go through the drive-thru to avoid getting drenched. We tried to keep the transaction as quick as possible since the rain was pouring into our car.
However, the food associate seemed irritated and made it worse. As we were trying to close the window quickly and hand her our payment, she complained, saying “it wasn’t raining that hard” and accused us of being “extra.” We politely asked her not to speak to us that way, and her response was completely unprofessional—she threw our credit card at my mother’s face.
I was upset by her behavior and got out of the car to take a photo of the person who insulted us. She immediately closed the window and hid from us, refusing to take any responsibility for her actions. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to the owners and Dunkin’ corporate about this incident, but have gotten no response.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts location in West Palm Beach. Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. I will never return to this location again and would advise others to avoid it as well.

This is by far the worse location, and needs a clean sweep of new staff. I came to pick up a mobile order on 12/4. Seems as though there was an inspection because two ladies was leaving when I arrived. The Manager (Jamaican guy) stepped out on the floor twice(to look out the window to see if they left.) He was on a personal call yet didn’t ask if I needed anything, instead he leaned and whispered to the drive-thru attendant “what she want.” He then turned around and laughed, front attendant is even worse. So rude! I literally had to call out to see if someone was making the order. There was no line either, so what’s the hold up? To add insult to injury, once I had the order and rushed to my car, I didn’t realize it was not the correct order and the iced coffee was full of sugar. It was probably best I didn’t go back in the restaurant because I’m sure my issue wouldn’t be resolved.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. We decided to try a variety of items from their menu. The classic Dunkin’ coffee was rich and satisfying, just as we remembered it, with a perfect balance of strength and flavor. The donut selection was impressive – we indulged in a Boston Cream and a Glazed, both of which were fresh and delicious. The Boston Cream had just the right amount of filling, and the glaze on the other was perfectly sweet.
We also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, which was a pleasant surprise. The egg was cooked to perfection, and the bacon added a nice crunch. It was a satisfying and hearty option for a quick breakfast on the go.
The ambiance of the store was casual and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax for a bit. The only minor downside was a slight wait during peak hours, but it was understandable given the popularity of the place.
Overall, Dunkin’ lived up to its reputation with its excellent coffee, tasty donuts, and friendly service. It’s a spot we’ll definitely return to for our coffee and pastry fix. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience.
