The drive thru cashier has no customer service skills nor does she know how to talk to customers . I go to Dunkin’ a lot and I went here for the first time and regretted going . That girl needs to leave her problems at home … I will never go back there!by the way date and time Sunday nov .9th at 3pm!

Got $25 worth of stuff the $16 halloween bucket only had blueberry and jelly donuts an definitely wasn't 50 in there.no kids like those flavors.halloween bucket should have at least some halloween ones

Horrible customer service from the drive thru woman this morning. English isn’t her first language which appears to create some language barrier between customers and her. She begin excessively anger and started screaming because she thought I said hot coffee instead of cold. She has a thick Italian accent, wasn’t able to get her name but screaming at customers may be acceptable in her culture however, in America, we do not scream at customers when we make a mistake. We simply correct the mistake and apologize for the inconvenience. She needs some more training or she doesn’t need to be at the window interacting with customers.

My wife went to use the restroom...and she couldn't use it!!! It was just to filthy and NASTY!!! And when she mentioned it to the staff it fell on deaf ears. With that being said she refused to order anything out of there. Need I say more???!!!

Terrible service . They rush you out the line and talk all over your food and drink. The manager is also very disrespectful and got the order wrong ! She called me lazy because I did not leave the line quick enough .

The door says open at 4:30am. Got there on the dot. The door was locked and nothing was ready so we waited 10 more minutes to give the worker some time. She gave us no heads up or anything. Unfortunately, i had a 5am shift and was bit in a hurry so headed over to the Dunkin on lakes and that one was open by 4:45am.

Here to meet a friend. Not much seating but it worked.
