Terrible service . They rush you out the line and talk all over your food and drink. The manager is also very disrespectful and got the order wrong ! She called me lazy because I did not leave the line quick enough .

The door says open at 4:30am. Got there on the dot. The door was locked and nothing was ready so we waited 10 more minutes to give the worker some time. She gave us no heads up or anything. Unfortunately, i had a 5am shift and was bit in a hurry so headed over to the Dunkin on lakes and that one was open by 4:45am.

Here to meet a friend. Not much seating but it worked.

This place seems to be under new management and they are absolutely amazing now. The food is great the the service is impeccable. Definitely try them out again

I came to write a review and I’m not surprised with all the bad reviews. They are so rude. They rush you to order and then get your order wrong. They also get upset if you ask them questions about a food item. When I see myself getting coffee I see my day getting started for work but when you have rude people and horrible service to start your day it puts a bad taste in your mouth. I’ve decided I no longer want to come here it is 2 min from my job but I’d rather drive an extra 12 minutes to another Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks or literally anywhere but here.

Crooks! Was working with dunkin head quarters about how i got charged an additional $8.00 after using my giftcard. Never got back to me about my money. DONT GO HERE! PLACE IS A SCAM AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU WITHOUT GIVING YOU A

No matter if the store has been remodeling the person in front make this place uncomfortable.
Today I spend $100 in donuts and stilling me in the coffee.
This is not acceptable at all.
