I told the cashier that a fly 🪰 was in the donut case flying around. That lady looked at me like leave me alone, pulled the donut rack out the case let the fly out and served the donuts to the next customer. I just got my money back and left.

This location was quick. My croissant sausage, egg and cheese was not as hot as other locations I've gotten it from. Half the croissant was hard, stale I tore it off and threw it away. I asked for 1 sugar and the coffee is so sweet I can barely drink it.

Stopped at this location to get a cup of coffee. Fast service and clean.
So nasty food had bugs all over it, cup they gave me had mold in it, and the drink I had was absolutely horrible, girl would clean with her bare hands and grabbed the doughnuts with her her hande, flies everywhere, lady was laughing in my face while I said how there was dirt in my cup. Please don’t go here.

I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life!! I pointed it out the the worker, Fabiola said she couldn’t do anything about it. Left my $18 order on the counter and left

Do not go to this location. They never get my order correct and last time I went, I ordered the new brisket hash scramble. The hash browns were warm, however the eggs and brisket were ice cold. It was disgusting and it is a health hazard. Also ordered a matcha with cold foam and caramel flavor and when I received the drink none of it was added, so the taste was horrible.I’ve contacted corporate and it’s been almost two weeks and this location has failed to reach out or address the issue. No accountability or standards for customer satisfaction.
