I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and it was absolutely positively disgusting. It was watery and had no flavor. Get Chinese food from any place. But here. I've never eaten wet food before! Absolutely gross! No flavor whatsoever.

Staffing employees are always very accommodating food is enjoyable for the most part once or twice I've had mistakes with my meal meaning things that I asked for requested we're not supplied but I am such a frequent customer that the warner two times that this has happened for me has been minimal... The other 98 times out of 100 they have always been accommodating.Some Spanish also spoken by the employees which tells me that they are invested in the community which says a lot about the restaurant and their staff.

I hate to even post this but I'm absolutely disappointed in my food today. My food was delivered very fast but the food itself was not good. Instead of fried rice I got brown very bland rice the chicken tasted old. I was able to eat the wrap part of the crab Rangoon and the spring roll wrap part but that was it. I tipped $5 on a $23 order and the driver handed me a credit card receipt to sign but the tip wasn't included I had to show him the original receipt. I'm just so disappointed, I haven't ordered food in a while and was craving Chinese food. Oh well lesson learned.

Called to place a pick-up order. They informed me before the call ended an automatic 18% service charge would be added to the bill. I hope you enjoy the extra 7 bucks, because I won't be back because of it.

I ordered take out and my Egg Drop Soup was moldy. Obviously didn't see it until I got home but I will never order anything from there again. The rest of the food was fine but I will never know how old their food is.

This Chinese take out is a true gem in the heart of West Palm Beach!The surrounding area has gotten a facelift with great looking shopping centers and boutique like housing. A west coast feel comes to mind as you travel around the Chinese takeout area. Great prices and generous amounts of food are consistent not to mention the fantastic food at reasonable prices!

I was surprised about East Wok!! I wanted to try it for a while - but as is mostly take out an only 2-3 tables I was discouraged. Well I'm very happy I tried and live it! I had the general Tso chicken, all white meat. My daughter tried their honey chicken and my mother the sesame. Everyone was happy with their meal. We will be back soon.
Closest thing to NYC Chinese food that I've had since moving to SoFlo! Flavor of the food os delicious and they have great portion sizes! I've only ordered takeout so I can't speak on the ambiance of the place, but the over the phone service is great! I ordered chicken and broccoli with white rice combo, shrimp lomein and boneless spare ribs and all three were delicious!

Giving it 5 stars because why not? My chicken was fork tender, rice tasted good and fresh, krab rangoon tastes homemade. Big portion. I ordered delivery and it was here in 25 minutes. I always expect the worst when ordering from a new place. East Wok pleasantly surprised me.
