I love coming to a place where the food is almost as good as the folks that work there While Mary is my favorite, you just have to love Jalen and his friendly smile and positive attitude

Been a while since I've been there.Bagels are not the same anymore.Sandwiches are very small and quality is very poor. Won't be going back.

Service was horrible today. I ordered ahead and they got 1 item correct the bagel with shmear and had to go back to get the 2nd item again the garden avocado egg sandwich since they only gave me a plain bagel and nothing else and when I got the 2nd item the Spinach they put on it was bad and wilted and not edible at all. Im a little let down at the service today..

I visited the Okeechobee location shortly before closing, and the employee Bentley was incredibly helpful and patient. He took his time with my daughters as they chose what they wanted, never rushed us, and made sure we were happy with our order. His kindness and professionalism really stood out — he’s definitely an asset to this store! I’ll absolutely be coming back because of the great service and warm experience.

Ordered a sandwich on my way to work. Usually never have a problem. But today they served me a burnt bagel. Tried to call to let them know. If someone would of answered i wouldn't have written a bad review but I called 7x back to back and no answer they were even busy.

I miss the bagels in South Florida. Cheddar Jalapeño is the best

They didn't answer the phone til the 2nd time. They were helpful and followed instructions. However my lox and bagel was ok. The lox had grey coloration which isn't good. It wasn't fresh. Not ordering too this place again.
