In town from NY for the next few days. I have to say aside that the food is great, Yani is the shining star of this business. Yani always has a smile on her face, and also very personable. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
I've been here multiple times and the cafe con Leche is really good the breakfast has always been great. Last time I went I was very disappointed. The smell that smacks you when you walk in was horrible. Definitely not appealing and completely made me lose my appetite. This place needs a makeover and please get a plumber to find out why it smells like sewerage. Sadly I don't think I can go back after that terrible smell.
Authentic Dominican food for sure. Very friendly staff. During my terrible pregnancy I would go there to only eat one of their dishes since I could not stand anything else. Food is very food.
