Great food

The ajiaco soup is a must-have here. Empanadas tasted great. Great server who even catered to English-speaking customers like me. This place deserves more customers, especially midday on Saturday.

My family and I decided to drive to El Rinconcito for some Colombian food, but unfortunately, we left pretty disappointed. We arrived around lunchtime and were seated quickly, which initially seemed like a good sign—until we realized why the table in front of us had left without ordering.
The restaurant was already out of several menu items, including most of the soups and empanadas. Fortunately, we managed to snag one order of empanadas before they ran out—they were actually quite good. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
When our food arrived, every order was incorrect. My grandfather received the only available soup, but it was served cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. My mom ordered the fried red snapper, which came out burnt. I had the skirt steak and asked for it well done. While the thinner parts were cooked through, the thicker portions were still underdone and visibly bloody.
When I politely asked if they could cook it a bit more, the server responded rudely, saying, “You already took bites out of it.” For the record, I had taken three bites and wasn’t asking for a new steak—just that the remaining portion be properly cooked. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and it really left a bad impression.
To top it off, when the bill came, it was a hassle to get them to remove the fish, even though it was inedible, and there were no replacement options. My mom was left hungry, having only eaten the small side salad that came with the fish. We also said that if you have to charge for the side salad since she ate that and not the fish just ring us up for a side salad and not the 25 dollar fish. The staff made no real effort to fix anything, and their lack of professionalism was incredibly disappointing.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. The food had potential, but the poor service and lack of basic quality control really overshadowed it and we will not be giving them more money or another chance

I ordered a bandeja paisa They forgot to put the Chicharron and the chorizo called the server and she was rude and nasty

The service is terrible, focus on providing good customer service, almost 1 hour for them to attend to us and they never did, we had to stop 2 times to tell the manager that they would please attend to us

Bad service, you order meals, they deliver them burnt, things are missing. Today Adriana served me at the canteen and when I went to pick up I hadn't placed the order.

Service. The waitress who served us seems general. Poorly paid, the young white man who received us. It's new. Very distracted.
The atmosphere too strong. The televisions. Pure soccer and not Colombian. I think the owner is neglecting. The business.
