Felice West Palm Beach

I go to the Felice restaurants in Manhattan so I was so delighted to know they opened one in West Palm where I grew up! I went with my parents and we all loved the vibe, food and service! Mardo was a wonderful server. And Megan (spelling?) one of the managers was so gracious and courteous. It made our experience that much better because she was so considerate towards us. I love this location and will look forward to coming more and more when I’m in West Palm. Get the steak! So good.

Felice is a New York based restaurant that has roots from Italy’s countryside, bringing you authentic European food from their kitchen. I have had my eye on this location ever since it opened, and I have finally had the chance to come and try it out. I ordered three types of pasta, and they were all alright. Nothing too amazing, but nothing bad. They just weren’t worth $25 (or more) each. The service was amazing, and they will also up charge you for their drinks. This location is a bit expensive for what you’re paying for. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience though.

My experience at Felice was beyond amazing on all levels ! such an elegant atmosphere and the stuff is very attentive as well as polite. I must give another thank you and round of applause to AJ for making the experience A1 ! AJ even went out of his way and provided a complimentary dessert for my date and I. That is superb service where I come from. I would like to give a shout to my server Marleny or Marlenys…(I don’t remember her name well) for being the best server ever ! I will definitely go back to Felice when I’m in the mood for fine dining !

The service and food were outstanding. AJ, the manager, is incredibly kind—such a genuinely warm and welcoming presence. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend dining here. A truly great experience.

10/10 experience. My wife and I went for an anniversary dinner and everything was perfect. The service was very attentive, the food could not have been better. We started with the Arancini, had the Spaghettino alla Diavola and chicken parm for the main, and Cioccolato e Nocciola for dessert. Every single thing was a 10. This might be the new favorite for us in WPB. This was our first time there, but certainly not the last. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience here visiting Palm Beach. Amazing food, literally not one complaint. Everything was spectacular. The truffle creamed corn and ricotta were TO DIE FOR. We also had the burger and cacio & pepe, both were excellent. The service is absolutely top notch. Very classy environment and the design of the restaurant is really nice. Would happily recommend and return.

Came here for our anniversary. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food exceptional (the pasta with salsiccia was perfectly al dente, the funnel salad was very tasty, the tuna tartare hands-down one of the best I had and the NY strip stake cooked exactly as we like it) and the service spot on.

We had multiple people coming to check on us to make sure everything was great, and, towards the end, even the chef. We received a special treat for our anniversary as well as a super nice hand-written card. Thank you for making our anniversary so special.

Hubby and I celebrated our 19 year anniversary at Felice West Palm Beach and if we could give this restaurant 10 stars, we would. The food was extraordinary and the portion size was very reasonable. The ambiance was intimate and cozy, and was extremely pleased with the service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

**20% SERVICE CHARGE - ANY PARTY SIZE** which apparently started 2 weeks before we dined. Restaurant claimed it was on the menu (it wasn’t; not on the website menus either). What’s worse is that the food was mediocre at best - I had the branzino which was flavorless and my husband had the burger which was nothing spectacular. For a restaurant where the service was sub par (we literally saw our waitress 2x, one of which we had to seek her out), where the food was mediocre at best, 20% mandatory service charge without fair notice is rich. I’m fine with a service charge when I am properly notified. I have no problem with tipping and don’t need to be forced into it. All around below average experience and will not be going back.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service and incredible food. I was shocked at the portion sizes (very large) and filled with flavor. Really enjoyed the gnocchi fungi!

I used to visit Felice often in New York and love it there- was excited to try this south Florida location and it didn’t disappoint.

Tucked away in the vibrant heart of West Palm Beach, Felice Downtown is a charming Italian restaurant that seamlessly blends traditional flavors with a modern dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve been transported to a cozy trattoria in Italy. While still giving you that inner city feel to it.
The service at Felice is exceptional. Our server cashley was friendly, attentive, and well-versed in the menu, providing great recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff clearly take pride in their work, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. For starters she recommended the Argentinian red shrimp & meatballs which were fantastic. For our mains I went with the ny strip which was cooked to perfection while my wife had the rigatoni w salmon she absolutely loved it Thank you so much as we will be back for more!!
